I heard this sentence from TV. I sit down and look at the garlic like never before. They are really funny when you seriously want to draw them. I almost felt like they are people wearing clothes, and I am the person who want to grab the body shape under the clothes.
Out for The Mens Dept in November, snuggle up with Betwixt couples pose, or strip down with Inked, for the decorated body.
TW: Depression and sadness
This photo is a reminder of all of the times I've cried and purged my feelings and grudges I've held on to from my heart. I've dealt with depression for as long as I can remember, and so I've struggled with finding my identity apart from this mental illness. It's been many years since I've known peace, but recently I've been on the road to a mental health recovery, and so I wanted to recreate this stage in my life in the form of an image, and this is how I interpreted it.
There is also this stigma that boys don't cry and should suck it up. It's a pathetic excuse that we as humans have been conditioned to believe because society deems this as a weakness. It's ok to cry. It's ok to grieve. If you are holding on to so many bottled up emotions, just let it all out. You will feel better, trust me. No, you should not be made to feel like you're less than a man if your feelings are hurt. You should not be made to feel like you're weak when you do cry. We all cry, and we all need a good cry. Being human means being able to find joy in sadness and sadness is one of few emotions that is vital to our well-being. It reduces and processes emotional stress and it elicits compassion from our loved ones. It is not a sign of weakness, on the contrary, it has been said that you have to be strong to cry. It is completely normal to cry, and it is completely natural.
the evening fell soft over valencia, shadows creeping longer as the air cooled. he sat still, a stranger wrapped in quiet confidence. the tattoos on his neck whispered stories you’d never hear, etched into skin like secrets kept. the sharp line of his glasses cut through the dusk, his gaze fixed on something only he could see. the fur-lined jacket brushed against the bench as he leaned slightly forward, every detail of him sharp, deliberate. the world blurred behind him, but he stayed in focus, a portrait of calm defiance.
They had a good selection of literature in the entrance hall so Víctor was entertained while I enjoyed sketching.

noodlers ink + watercolour
on smooth sketching paper (24 x 32 cm)
Although resembling a shaggy ink cap, this is a Magpie Ink cap Coprinopsis picacea, the clues being the dark cap just breaking through at the top, the habitat being woodland rather than grass, and that there was a mature specimen a few feet away, and next door on this photostream. One is quite a rare find. Two made it a good walk!
Found in Hillhouse Wood, Essex.
I named this fish “out of ink” as it looked like the printer stopped printing after got to its gills.
ALCOHOL INK BUBBLES....3RD attempt.
I was playing with 91% Alcohol here...I may have been unintentionally DRUNK for Halloween last night, just from inhaling the fumes!!!
So, it was raining this afternoon, and I thought "if I can't go out and take pictures, I'll do some indoors!". First attempt at photographing ink in water. Used a bit too much, but then added some milk which made things a little more interesting. Focus was slightly off; I think it was on the surface of the glass rather than the centre of the liquid.
