I don’t know where my feet brought me today. I didn't even plan to go there. There was not much to see. I just thought I need it and that. And when I entered there today, perhaps the infinity opens for me.
While shooting at Infinity Bridge, my camera locked open and refused to operate correctly. This is one of the handheld images I inadvertently captured as I tried to rectify the issue. Happily, my swearing wasn't recorded! :-)
The image has been recorded as a 15 second exposure. In practice, it was a lot longer; 15 seconds is simply the shutter speed I had selected, not what the camera gave me.
It has, of course, no creative merit whatsoever, but I thought it might be a colourful way of brightening up what is a pretty monochrome world.
Starry sky over the sea of fog in the Rhön Mountains(Germany) on 19.02.2015. View from the Pferdskopf. No moonlight, extremely clear air and fog in the valleys, which blocked the light from all the cities around have contributed to the fact that I could see so many stars as rarely before.

The Infinity Bridge over the river Tees is always a serene sight by moonlight.
Allan England & I noticed that the river had become very still, giving a perfect reflection so we se up our gear to take this shot …. then click … out went the bridge lights !!! only leaving the led lights over the walkway. There was just enough light left to take a shot & this was the result :-)
Info :- a 4 shot overlapped pano taken at 24mm - f8 - 20 seconds - iso 320 with the Samyang 24mm 1.4 lens.

You and I are essentially infinite choice-makers. In every moment of our existence, we are in that field of all possibilities where we have access to an infinity of choices.

Faced with infinity falling from the sky with a roar and unparalleled force, we understand that existence is not a coincidence, but a miracle.
To love, to see, to feel, is to honor life in every moment,
as if every beat of the world murmured: "You are here, and it is sacred."
Iceland is a paradise for waterfall lovers, and Seljalandsfoss is one of the island's most famous waterfalls.
Located in the south of the country and easily accessible via Highway 1, it is one of the most visited tourist sites in the south. This waterfall originates from the famous Eyjafjallajökull volcano to the north of the volcano. When the ice melts, it produces the Seljalandsá River, which cascades from the top of a lush 65-meter plateau to create the waterfall.
Have a great weekend, friends 😊❤️

Those shots were taken on lake Kariba in Zimbabwe. All around the lake we can find those dead trees, which are completely hollow and mineralised. We traveled around the lake for 10 days with a houseboat. That day was one of those cloudy days. The clouds were unified and the sun could barely get through. The water was very calm and reflected the sky. In the afternoon, I saw at a far distance a herd of elephants, at least 50. They were coming from the bush and headed to the water. I asked the guide to take the small boat and navigate towards them. He even didn’t notice the herd at that moment. We immediately jumped into the boat and went straight to the herd. It took around 20 minutes till we arrived close. During that trip, I took several shots. It was a wonderful moment looking at the herd, bathing and spraying water all over them. The calfs played around, the mothers took care of them, and the patriarch had a look on us. Sometimes we could get closer, other moments we had to go a little further. After their bath, they took the time to rub their skin with red sand. Suddenly, they disappeared into the thick dry bush again. The patriarch never left his sight on us. What a moment, so intense, and so happy to see this. The whole ritual took an hour and half. We headed back to the houseboat. On the way, we encountered 30 hippos getting out the water, taking some heat and having a nap. Again it was a very enjoyable moment, unforgettable. Back at the houseboat, I had a look to the pictures taken. I immediately noticed those 2. We just see a perfect reflection between the sky and the water. On all other pictures we see calm waves on it. This is the reason why I selected those 2; no waves, the reflection divided by a piece of land, mineralised trees, and of course the silhouette. All together creating a minimalistic and nearly abstract view of Africa. The shots were not modified in photoshop, just a little contrast, a little vibrance and shifting the white-balance.
