While shooting at Infinity Bridge, my camera locked open and refused to operate correctly. This is one of the handheld images I inadvertently captured as I tried to rectify the issue. Happily, my swearing wasn't recorded! :-)
The image has been recorded as a 15 second exposure. In practice, it was a lot longer; 15 seconds is simply the shutter speed I had selected, not what the camera gave me.
It has, of course, no creative merit whatsoever, but I thought it might be a colourful way of brightening up what is a pretty monochrome world.

Devant l’infini qui tombe du ciel dans un grondement et une force inégalée on comprend que l’existence n’est pas un hasard, mais un miracle.

L'Islande est le paradis des amateurs de cascades et Seljalandsfoss fait partie des chutes d'eau les plus réputées de l'île.
Située dans le sud du pays et très facilement accessible par la route numéro 1, l'endroit fait partie des sites touristiques les plus visités du sud. Cette chute d'eau provient du célèbre volcan Eyjafjallajökull au nord de celle-ci. A la fonte des glaces, celui-ci produit la rivière Seljalandsá qui se jette du haut d'un verdoyant plateau de 65 m pour donner naissance à la cascade.

Iceland is a paradise for waterfall lovers, and Seljalandsfoss is one of the island's most famous waterfalls.
Located in the south of the country and easily accessible via Highway 1, it is one of the most visited tourist sites in the south. This waterfall originates from the famous Eyjafjallajökull volcano to the north of the volcano. When the ice melts, it produces the Seljalandsá River, which cascades from the top of a lush 65-meter plateau to create the waterfall.
