Inbetween the trains, we took in the views and the peace and quiet of a wonderfully restored station. The waiting room here has many scenes of the deveopment of the staion from when it had mainline services, to be being abandoned and then the stages of restoration.

Vintage Digital ?
As a break few digital photos inbetween films. Made with the NEX-7 from 2012. I don't know if this qualifies as „vintage digital“. Basicaly I still find it a very powerful and capabale camera. It was the first digital camera I got that really satisfied my and with todays software you still can make amazing photos with it, that lack nothing at all.
When boosing ISO (1600 here) colors start to get different somehow, even more if I underexpose and push afterward. Sometimes I like this effect.

From the reclaimed n.y.p.d. police barricade-turned bench, to the rescued n.y.p.d. police locker & the manhattan cast metal window "protector" as a sculpture. Books in the mid-century modern case run the gambit, from Moma's design collection & Muji's "nyc in a bag", to Jon Ortner's Manhattan Dawn & Dusk, & various nyc eating/visiting guides , it's nyc in full tilt.

The Draa River slowly fades, returning once again to the barren lands of Morocco. I think this is the most disappointing landscape, half-way between the inhospitable deserts and lush greens of the date palm plantations.
Along these roads are schools and quite out of place. This is done for fairness between towns but in reality, it means there are a lot of students standing around the roadside and waiting for their next class or a lift up the road.
