14-year old Sakenah just came back from the clinic set up in the camp. Many of the women never had such easy access to medical care, clean water and food.

I was so happy I got to play along this weekend after being absent for so long. I know my coloring is a bit much but once you get carried away there is no turning back. Hope the brightness doesn't blind you! I can always try it a bunch of different ways in the future. Thanks for looking!

Mission Im_possible? Frauen* im Kulturbetrieb.
Die Zahlen sind erschreckend. Ob Film, Theater, Musik – Frauen* sind im Kulturbetrieb stark unterrepräsentiert. Die Förderquote von Regisseurinnen liegt erschreckend weit unter der von Regisseuren. Gehaltsunterschiede im Theaterbetrieb betragen über 40%. Wo bleibt der Aufschrei? Ist Geschlechtergerechtigkeit im kulturellen Sektor eine un_mögliche Forderung? Sind Quoten sinnvoll? Ist eine Karriere in der Kulturbranche reines Glück?
