Beside the canal
Aufgenommen in einer Wartepause eines Fotoworkshops in den Wassergärten Reden, einer Anlage, die auf einer ehemaligen Bergbaugrube im Saarland nähe Neunkirchen entstanden ist.
Taken while waiting during a photosgraphic workshop in the Wassergärten Reden (garden of waters Reden), a sort of park in the enclosure of a former mining site in Saarland, near Saarbrücken.
After photographing the Namahage Sedo Festival in the Akita Prefecture we decided to fly to Sapporo in Hokkaido, Japan. We spent a few days in Biei, a hilly area in central Hokkaido that has nice trees. One morning it was snowing heavily, perfect to take winter scene photos.
I processed a photographic and a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
