Okey I know I am late but..... here's my excuse. Yesterday evening i planned to upload my photo but my brother needed to go out for a ride to make his weekly shot. No regrets of that because now I earned myself some nice new industrial environment photos and we should never meet "Gerrit" our securty guy. (have to read this story).
Okey we reached the "I" and the I knew my subject for weeks allready.
My loyale followers also know it did something similar within my 50 days 50mm poject but that was a bit fake because that flower never really growed in the lightbulb I just put it in for the photo.
For this shot I really planted some seeds into this bulb and hoped it would suc"seed". I really think the result if very awesome and this experiment shows you can create your own glasshouse for almost nothing within you own livingroom.

At the bottom of the composition, Christ's cross pierces the belly of a reclining, bearded male figure representing Hades, ruler of the Underworld, abode of the dead in classical mythology. This is a unique detail that visually proclaims Christ's triumph over death and sin. The complementary inscription affirms "the cross implanted in the stomach of Hades." The figures of the Virgin Mary and the Apostle John stand on either side of the cross; the Virgin makes a rhetorical gesture toward Christ, while the Apostle raises his hand to his face in sorrow. This feeling of gentle introspection parallels the mosaic image of the same scene found at the eleventh-century Monastery of Daphni near Athens.
Finally tried hair implant. I like it. One hair at a time and took a while. Used a beading needle and made it into a tiny fork by clipping the tip off. Then pushed Mongolian lamb hair into the body.

Several months after TPLO the titanium implants have been removed off Kuata's knees. Each implant is approx. 62 mm long, the long screws approx. 50 mm (her weight is 39 kg so she's quite a large dog)

La maison Hubert Lacroix sur son site originel.
Cette maison construite à l’époque de la Nouvelle-France est aujourd’hui disparue du paysage montréalais. Reconstruite à une vingtaine de kilomètres de son lieu d’origine, l’édifice dont la pérennité devait être assuré suite à son implantation dans un village historique à toutefois connu un tout autre destin.
Sur une terre concédée par le sieur de Maisonneuve en 1655, Hubert Lacroix, un riche négociant faisant la traite des fourrures, érigea une maison de ferme en 1690 sur ce qui correspond aujourd'hui au terrain de la maison de Radio-Canada. Dotée d’un sous-sol élevé, d’un rez-de-chaussée divisé en 2 grandes salles et d’un étage sous les combles, cette demeure, dont les murs extérieurs avaient exactement 3 pieds d’épaisseur, fut notamment construite à l’aide de pierres tirées du lit d’une rivière qui passait autrefois non loin de là .
Occupé par la famille Lacroix jusqu’en 1790, la résidence, qui sera transformée en établissement industriel vers la fin du 19e siècle, deviendra également à la même époque un important lieu touristique suite à sa mention dans un guide de la ville comme étant la plus vieille maison de ferme de la métropole.
Plus d’un demi-siècle plus tard, l’immeuble, alors converti en duplex et situé au cœur d’un pâté de maison du faubourg à m’lasse avait par conséquent totalement sombré dans l’oubli.
Il suscita néanmoins l’intérêt du service d’urbanisme de la ville de Montréal ainsi que celle de la commission Jacques Viger lorsqu’il fut redécouvert en 1963 suite à la démolition des édifices l’entourant pour permettre la construction de la tour de Radio-Canada.
Bien que le site soit aujourd’hui transformé en parc, il semblait alors inconcevable de conserver la résidence sur son lieu d’origine. N’étant pas à l’échelle des édifices du Vieux-Montréal où on avait d’abord songé à la transporter, la ville ainsi que la commission Viger firent donc cadeau de la propriété au village historique Jacques de Chambly, un village musé fondé en 1961 dans l’actuelle ville de Carignan.
Devant se charger des frais de transport et de restauration, la corporation du village historique organisa donc une collecte de fonds et grâce à la générosité de nombreux donateurs, la maison Lacroix était ainsi sauvée de la démolition en novembre 1963.
Faute de financement, le village historique fit malheureusement faillite en 1967, son terrain fut subdivisé et tous les édifices qui le composèrent, y compris la maison Lacroix, furent désormais laissés à l'abandon.
Quelques années plus tard, le lot comportant la maison Lacroix passa alors aux mains d’une compagnie qui transforma le site en zone industrielle afin d’y exploiter une carrière ainsi qu’une usine de bitume.
Le nouveau propriétaire, alors peu soucieux du sort de la maison historique, la laissa donc aux soins des pilleurs et des intempéries.
Envahie par une végétation luxuriante, tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur, la demeure dont les murs de pierre semblent toutefois aussi solides que lors de sa reconstruction n’est aujourd’hui plus qu’une structure vide.
Sauvée de la démolition afin de devenir une représentation de l’évolution de l’architecture et du savoir-faire du peuple québécois, la maison Hubert Lacroix est ironiquement devenue aujourd’hui, l’antithèse même de notre devise : Je me souviens…

I think the FDA literally approved silicone implants again like 4 days ago, and today on my tour of the hospital, this cage was found. FULL of differnt sized silicone breast implants.
