On February 18, 2015 the library sponsored a session as part of its Currents series to help local residents learn what President Obama’s recent executive action means directly from immigration attorneys who answered questions and provided information to individuals and families about possible adjustments to their status. Individual help was be available at the end of the session and many in attendance were also able to be processed for a community ID card.
Co-sponsored by the library, Princeton Human Services, the Princeton Police Department, LALDEF, and La Hermandad Latinoamericana.

The political elite says hard-grafting immigrants put Britain's lazy workforce to shame, while their liberal critics would rather not discuss immigration at all because they fear the rise of racial tensions.
Against this background, the British National Party claims it has the support of 'ordinary people'.
