Charles is a year-old English Cocker Spaniel. “This was a picture of me doing some field work to get ready for the upcoming hunting season,” he writes. “I am a ball of energy and just love being outdoors. I love walks, swimming and just running circles around my back yard. This was my first experience in the field, but I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait until pheasant season starts. “
The photo was taken by Charles’ dog mom, Megan, who took hunters safety classes so she could watch Charles hunt with his dog dad, Jason.
Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful. Or, you know. Peace out.

If 4-year-old Reba could talk, her pet parent Lynn thinks she’d say, "Come on, come on, come on, let’s play, play, play – hurry, hurry, go, go, go!" Lynn said the very sweet pooch loves everyone.
Elroy is a 12-week-old Australian Shepherd. “He's a happy, active dog who loves reclining on his back after he's done romping,” says his dog mom, Jennifer. “We love his pink little belly because it's so ticklish.”
This picture shows 7-year-old Zoe doing what she loves most in the world, according to her dog mom, Holly: jumping into a lake to bring back a stick. “She can do this for hours and hours, no matter how cold the lake water and outside temps are,” Holly said. “Fortunately, this picture was taken in July, so it was nice and warm.”
This Lab-something mix was adopted from a shelter six years ago. “Even at her age, she still has a puppy-like enthusiasm for everything, and is ready to play fetch 24/7,” Holly said. “Her tail has legendary destructive powers, and if we could find a way to harness the energy in her nonstop wiggling, we'd be millionaires.”
