Opened in 2000 and paid for by the Millennium fund, the Big Idea was an interactive science museum devoted to inventors and invention. Built on the Ardeer peninsula of Stevenston, but accessed from Irvine Harbour side via the ā€œBridge of Inventorsā€ which is inscribed with the names of various famous inventors. The attraction had over 150,000 visitors in its first year, although declining visitor numbers caused the museum to close in 2003.

Ardeer Peninsula was chosen as the location of the museum because of its link with internationally famous Inventor Alfred Nobel, who had set up a munitions factory on the Ardeer sands, which still operates today.

Idea Pouch by Michelle Patterns. I'm really impressed with how it turned out. It is by far the most professional looking thing I've ever made. Essex yarn dyed linen from Spool of Thread. Clasp from Fabricland.

Goal: Message Series Logo (due next tuesday)

Direction: Are you rich? If not, who is? How much does it take to be rich? Many of us are wrestling with heightened concerns in the midst of today’s struggling economy. While our financial margin (strength) should be increasing, for many of us it seems to be shrinking. In this series we will be looking at how to find God in a difficult economy and ā€˜how to be rich’.

Other important info: TIM 6:17-19 (NIV) Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

A new design that I'm working on. It's obviously a dinosaur. The problem is, I'm not quite sure what type it is. Its clearly a raptor or a troodontid or something like that. any specific ideas?

Also, any ideas for improving the design as a whole are welcome. Toes will be added soon, but I'm welcoming any thoughts on it. Specifically, should I modify the head shape to be narrower, and closer to the pictures of raptors that I've looked at?

in sans jose i took this photo i a bit change it to give some artistic touch

When I've no idea I almost always shoot a self portrait. Today I am at a point of no idea where I didn't even know what kind of set up to use to take the self portrait.

So, I set a my D7000. Mount a 50mm. Looking around the room where I should set up my off camera flash. Fuck it. Mount flash on camera. Take a shot. Take 2 shots. Looks blank. Crop it. Add a hashtag #noidea.

Here, take it. That's day #day25 for you.
