Sparky (I think that's whats written across his hat) lives across the street from me somewhat. Across on the corner. I don't know the who or the why they painted this, but it's different. There are 2 others like this in my city that I know of.
Okay, so who really takes a photo of their side view mirror on their car? Or why? Well, for fire hydrant bokeh...that's why!
I rather like fire hydrants (except when I'm looking for parking!), specially with color schemes like this one.
