The pellets of bacterias were kept on ice and later on at -20°C. On the next day they or rather their DNA were used as template in a PCR.

The supernatent were subjected to HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography) to identify intermediates.

Dieses neue und einzigartige Mischsystem wurde entwickelt um gezielt die Ausgasung von Flüssigkeiten deutlich zu reduzieren. Spezialventile werden automatisch so gesteuert, dass dies dem Gradientenprofil und dem Fluss angepasst erfolgt. A continuación, se realiza su respectiva descripción: basidioma estipitado, lignicola, principalmente gregario, en ocasiones solitario o cespitado, no higrofano, píleo de 5 a 7 cm de diámetro, hemisférico en un principio, luego pasa a ser plano convexo con el centro umbonado, orbicular (vista apical). Margen recto, entero y ligeramente ondulado, de superficie glabra, viscida y brillosa, que luego pasa a ser seca y opaca, de color rojo que tiende a oscurecerse con el tiempo, con escamas blancas y fasciculadas en el margen, originadas por restos del velo universal. Himenio con lamelas y lamélulas, se encuentran próximas entre sí (apretadas), adnadas a ligeramente uncinadas, anchas, de borde liso, lamélulas atenuadas, de color café claro principio, después gris violáceo y finalmente púrpura negruzco, arista entera, blanquecina. Contexto homegeneo y hueco. Esporada de color marron oscuro.

 

Estípite de 4-8 cm de largo x 0.4-0.5 cm de ancho, cilíndrico, central, sub-bulboso y con tomento basal con cordones miceliares (rizomorfos), de color blanco con zonas de color naranja rojizo que se intensifica con el tiempo, de superficie pruinosa. Se engrosa ligeramente hacia la base. En algunos ejemplares se logra observar un anillo en banda (rudimentario) adherido al estípite, delgado y efimero. De consistencia fibrosa. Sin olor o sabor apreciable. Basidiosporas elipsoidales, lisas, de paredes gruesas, con poro germinal.

 

El trabajo de microscopia se realizó con un Microscopio Zeiss de Luz Halogena 6v 30w y reactivos rojo congo, melzer e hidróxido de potasio (KOH) 5%. Se observan basidios tetraspóricos, claviformes de 31 x 8 µm, basidiosporas elipsoidales no amiloides, de color marrón a rojo oscuro, superficie lisa, ligeramente apiculadas, con poro germinativo evidente (0,8 a 1 µm). Cistidios fusiformes, de 35,7 x 12,7 µm en general se observan hifas paralelas y presencia de fíbulas.

Otras consideraciones de la especie: respecto al valor nutricional no se reconoce alguna propiedad, sin olor o sabor destacable. Su comestibilidad no está especificada o se le reporta como "desconocido" (Courtecuisse, Duhem, 2007; Arora, 1986; Desjardin, Wood, Stevens, 2014; Trudell &Ammirati, 2009; Gerhardt y Grzyby, 2006). Por otra parte, los análisis de Anastos et al. (2008) sugieren que L. ceres contiene psilocibina en cantidades relativamente grandes (9,700-9,900 mg/kg peso seco).
