Johannesburg (a.k.a. iGoli) is going to be a host city for the 2010 Football World Cup. In advance of the tournament, there is frantic construction across the country - a rash of new stadiums, bigger and better roads, hotels, guest houses, liquor stores, brothels, prisons, etc ;-) The Telkom Tower in Hillbrow has had a giant football grafted to its trunk in advance of the tournament. Got caught bring in the real camera...so had to resort to the Moto Q. Not a bad quality considering our distance and my drunkenness. :) It was like 90 degrees!
FYI - Evanescence is an alternative rock band from Little Rock, Arkansas.
I only got decent shots of the band from the monitors. Their light crew and show was AMAZING! I could only get shots during the slow songs. She and the rest of the band move around on stage faster than squirrels on crack!! Second-time seeing this band...they STILL ROCK!!!

FYI - Korn (sometimes typeset as "KoRn" or "KoЯn" to fit their official logo) is a nu metal band from Bakersfield, California.
I have been a HUGE FAN for many many years. Their music got me through some rough times. First time seeing them live. They put on an excellent show. One of my favorite bands of ALL-TIME!!

The Roman Agora, Athens, Greece. 106 degrees F...
The colors remind me of an Old West style photo, where everything is colored a subtle shade of hot and dust.
