A couple of weeks ago, we spent 3 days on the Suffolk coast and I discovered how different town gulls were from the ones on our beach!! They are not shy like our gulls ... but intrusive, noisy and argumentative ... in other words, hooligans!! They're still beautiful when they take flight, though!!

I enjoy the short interactions a photographer has with subjects who agree to be photographed. They enrich the photo taking experience and I am always grateful for their participation. Today's short encounter went like this; I rode through the Murarrie Recreation Reserve (and skate park) on my way to the Bulimba Creek Cycleway;
I saw some very clever BMX riders in the skate park;
I stopped and asked if one of them would try to 'wheelie' the Hooligan;
and that began one of the most enjoyable 5 minute interactions I have ever had.
The cyclist was a cool dude and a very skilled rider.
And the Hooligan popped wheelies as only a Hoolgian does.
Memorable moments!

Infamous for terrorizing the neighborhood and talking a walk on the wild side. (The latter means taking a leak on the wrong side of the light-pole when I take them for a walk.)

Nach dem ein Aufmarsch von rechten Hooligans in Hamburg verboten wurde, wichen einige auf Bremen aus. Auch dort wurde ein Aufmarsch untersagt, so dass die Neonazis und Hooligans spontan und unangemeldet durch Kirchweyhe demonstrierten. Von den 120 Personen wurden 40 durch die Polizei gestellt und die Personalien aufgenommen.
