Building a corkboard out of by-the-foot cork and plywood. The cork was glued to the plywood, and a trim is being added for effect.
The cavity below this slab of sidewalk was over 13" deep. This was the source of a considerable amount of water in my basement during rains.
Yeah... the flooring needs a little help. Some counters would be good, too. Nice dishwasher, though.
Cut away the loose plaster
Fill crack with dryall mud
Cover with repair tape
Let dry
Add another layer of mud
Let dry
Sand & evaluate

Back inside - these are the new stairs we put in to get to the storage in the attic. A good investment if you ask me because there is a lot of space up there which we need to store all that crap we have...
Found a notebook I kept when I was with my ex and we were making plans for the house we bought. A few of these ideas materialized, and for some reason I held on to this notebook for the last 6 years. Felt good to toss everything.
