This is one of the most interesting, and challenging objects a student has drawn! I'm impressed.

The thread was then wrapped around the BT and upper hinges in order to more secure seat the hinges. When done, the entirety was soaked in more thin CA.

For all you hinge junkies, this is the trunk mechanism on my 1994 Honda Accord. Minolta SRT MC-II, Kodak Polypan F film.

Hinge personally informed me that he unintentionally painted over Ham on a dark night, that he didn't see the black paint on an obviously dark car. No diss. Much respect to Ham from Hinge CNG

This hinge is found on the Powder Magazine at Fort Anne National Historic Site in Annapolis Royal. Built in 1708, the Powder Magazine is the oldest building in the Parks Canada system.

I have not been able to fathom why two different types of screws are used on these hinges in my bed.

Hiya

I'm finally trying to build something based on a real life car again - yay!

Something I could use some advice on:

because the vehicle in question has a big SNOT piece on the side, I decided to make a vertical hinge system, reminiscent of the Audi RS4. What I don't like about the hinge in this orientation: there are some visible studs showing.

Is there a hinge system that:

- works as a SNOT system

- only is 1x something wide (so the 'other hinge' would fit on a 1 stud wide B pillar)

- could look flush with bodywork

- physically works (so you could actually open the door)

Any help is appreciated!

Back in Ypsilanti Michigan after spending the winter in Traverse City. This is an experiment in photo editing using free software Picasa and the Gimp on Ubuntu Linux 7.04. Clunky but it seems to work.

Took this one just today...
