She came out of the nest, it appeared she was waiting for the male to return with breakfast for her. He didn't arrive while I was there as I had limited time and had to leave.
Thank you for your continuous support.:)))

The stripes may mark him as the prisoner, yet the weight rests on her shoulders. His smoke drifts free into the night, while she sits bound by silence. On the steps of the Cathedral, the roles of captive and keeper quietly reverse. Shot in Cologne, Germany with a Leica M11 Mono and Summilux 50mm.
I first spotted him peeking over our doggie whirly-gig (see last shot) at his favorite place around the serviceberry tree. You'd swear it was the same individual back again - same behaviors, same spot, very playful. I've seen Zabulon's in the field already so it may be a good year for this less common species.
Happy Butterfly Monday!
I'm on my way to pick him up for a night out and I'm wearing the latest shirt & pants set by TRIVIUM which is due to be released on February 3rd

Europe, The Netherlands, Friesland, Harlingen, Zuidwalweg, Harlingerstraatweg, The Broken Jug (uncut)
American artist Frank Stella is known for his minimalist paintings and sculptures. He has had exhibitions at the MoMA in New York and museums in Europe and Asia. In 2009, President-elect Barack Obama awarded him the National Medal of Arts.
Choosing a location for the Broken Jug sculpture was a protracted process. After it couldn't be placed in Miami and Cherbourg, Harlingen was chosen. It was the perfect location for Stella since he was fascinated by its harbour and decided that 'where land and sea meet' (near the Tjerk Hiddes sluices) would be a beautiful location for his sculpture.
It’s a rather poetic reading of the spot—the 14-meter-high ferroconcrete structure looks strangely out of place at the border of the bland industrial park in the BG.
This is number 16 of the Harns/Harlingen album and number 50 of Naar het Noorden.
Not a common sight around here, but I only saw him that one morning in December.

This striking little songbird was easy to spot—bright yellow with that black and white masked head. But it was his delightful song that lead me to him!

They came into the house, and saw the young child with Mary, his mother, and falling down on their faces they gave him worship: and from their store they gave him offerings of gold, perfume, and spices." Matthew 2:10 & 11
Seems appropriate so close to Epiphany.

We called him stubby. He has only a partial tail obviously nabbed in a fight or something..
I want to take this time to thank ALL that sent me Flickr mail and comments on my stream during my absence. I felt sooo honored that so many worried about my well being. I'm very healthy! I just spent time doing other things I'm interested in. I try not be one-dimensional. It’s important for me to diversify my interests.
I did bugger both shoulders building a shed and re-doing my garage, but other than that and having hernia surgery after my Canada trip I'm as healthy as a ole horse. Not ready for pasture yet, but slowing down a bit. It's hard aging unless you have hobbies and a reason to get up in the morning. So many have shared so much on Flickr and I believe this is a forum of interaction and getting to know one another and our lives that connect us through our photography addiction.
So, to those of you that posted your concerns about my whereabouts, and health, not to worry...but it so honoring and much appreciated. Thank you all soo very much for caring about this ole guy!!!
Make it a great day my dear friends, as it is a choice!!
Jimmy was confident enough to sprawl on the sidewalk outside our townhouse unit. In fact, people would have to walk around him on the grass because he didn't move when they approached. Mack was usually under a bush but would sometimes join Jimmy on the sidewalk. I was thrilled to see Mack hanging out on the sidewalk this week and even grabbed my real camera to capture the moment.
We've had a wonderful spring - warm, sunny, breezy, not too humid - and Mack has gotten to enjoy it all outside. This is a good time for the furry members of our furry family.

Technique offer us new possiblities for experimenting. I believe curiosity is present in all human beings. An internal force moves skaters to experiment things that the rest of us, we can not dream of .In my case I enjoied exploring what could result from the use of different edition programs together, "eh voilà" the outcome!
This guy was right in the muddle of the road so did not to get to close and disturb him, but when I did I could see it was a Rabbit.

How could you give your heart to him?
