Offshoot of silk route leading to the Nathula (Nathu La) pass which is one of the three open trading border posts between China and India located at an altitude of 4,310 m.
You have to go Large on this one to truly take it all in......not much done to this except some added highlights....pretty much the way i left it. I pushed past my boundaries and went higher than ever before. Hanging out with the ghost trees It felt like i was having an out of body experience. Whenever i get stressed i close my eyes and think of this spot and it all goes away....
*Make mental note not to forget my snow-shoes and my tent next time* Happy 'hump' day!
It turns out that when you climb up over the steep cliff above Fitzgerald Falls, there's this beautiful part of the forest along the rocky stream and a few more small waterfalls I'll show later on. Monroe, Orange County, New York

Title and mood inspired by an icelandic artist I discovered recently: Ásgeir. His music touches directly my mind plenty of dreams.
So as I told you, I try another format, to not "imprison" myself into the squared ones!
This picture was taken near the highest mountain of Europe, the Mont-Blanc. The view you can see was shot from 3842 meters high (if you come around one day, it's called the Aiguille du Midi). With this lake of clouds, it was completely surreal. When you're high like this, all your body feels vertigo and pleasure at the same time. You're tired very quickly too, because of a lack of oxygen. But you're in heaven.
This is heaven.

As spring breaks in Mitgardia, a shepherd sets out to lead his flock to summer pastures higher in the mountains.
I recently acquired some Brick Forge sheep and wanted to show them off in a MoC - so this is the result! I'm really pleased with them and will be using them again soon in something a bit bigger(hopefully!). Tree design is from Carson Hart here.

This is a shot of the Phoenix Convention Center taken last night from about six feet above my head.
I never thought this thing would be stable enough to do long exposures, but this shot was a one second exposure, and it's crystal clear.
