Sorry for the orchid overload! Wild orchids are a whole new world for me and it's so fascinating. I had never seen lady's-slipper orchids until today and now I'm sorting through literally hundreds of photos LOL
It's the largest orchid species in Europe, growing to 60 cm tall with flowers as wide as 9 cm. But in spite of their size and colour the flowers are hidden quite well among the other plants.
The glistening drop of saliva
drips down from your lips
as you see me on the floor where your bike used to be.
The scent of cologne

Whispering in my ears
"I'm gonna devour you tonight"
"I'm gonna reveal
your hidden treasure".

Hidden Falls, Grand Teton National Park. I enjoyed my adventurous hike early the morning I took this photo, as I was hiking alone in bear country and the trail led through some berry patches. Fortunately I did not see any bears that morning, but I saw five during my five-day vacation.
This is where you enter into The Hidden Gardens.
There are different areas to walk around, Bluebell Glade, The Jungle, The 39 steps, to name a few.
I have been to this area many times and never knew this falls even existed. I was told by a buddy about it and made my way to see it. I wasn't disappointed, it was a beautiful little falls!!! Kris...
