The Benagil’s Algar, is one of the most spectacular ocean caves in Algarve, Portugal. It is only accessible by boat. Alternatively you can swim from Benagil beach.

Have a safe and fabulous day dear Flickr friends !

When I arrived in this area, it was evident water was flowing. However, it was a challenge to find this opening that included a Falls with no name. The photo is its own reward and worth every thorny scratch received in order to circumnavigate the area.

The wildflowers are taking back the land, blurring the boundaries marked by the fence. I found this in a metaphorical pile of pictures. The whites in the front are a little blown out, but I like this spot--it's on top of a steep hill that overlooks the valley. Happy Fence Friday!

THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT AND FAVES

ON THE REACTIONS I WILL TRY TO RESPOND BACK

For several months I've fancied getting up on top of the mountain behind Castle Tioram to get a view down on the castle on its islet. Today, I didn't get to that place but I did get here, up in the shoulder between two peaks. I've no idea if it has a name but what a perfectly stunning place with its islands and reflections, right up in the mountain. Imagine a lovely sunset through that gap towards the west! I must go back and try for something better.

Somewhat hidden, in a less spectacular side valley of the Moselle, and on an even less spectacular, almost boring hiking trail, you reach Eltz Castle, which is enthroned on a 70-metre-high rock. Its imposing appearance is due on the one hand to this, and on the other hand to its eight residential towers, up to 35 metres high, which make it stand out clearly from its surroundings. This truly impressive overall picture gives the feeling that one has arrived in the Middle Ages through teleportation.
