It's cloudy and a Little windy but it's also 60 degress out!!!

Although I prefer keeping my original Lego mini figures as they are, I made the exception for Aquaman; that yellow hair just don't fit him. So I replaced it with this hairpiece which I think looks great on him.

Here's the happy couple posing for a photo.

IT CAN’T HAPPEN HERE

Waterside Arts Centre, 1 Waterside Place, Sale, M33 7ZF.

Wednesday 5 July, 7.30pm, £5/£4.

This is a staged, script-in-hand reading of the theatrical adaptation of Sinclair Lewis' prescient novel, directed by Rhonwen McCormack for Blue Masque.

In 1935, Lewis wrote a dystopian satire about a charismatic, populist and power-hungry politician named Berzelius "Buzz" Windrip who becomes President of the United States on a promise of prosperity and traditional values, and then outlaws dissent, curtails women's and minority rights, and rules through corporatism. Similarities to the present day are entirely coincidental.

It has been adapted for stage in both 1936 and 2016, and the Berkeley Repertory Theater adaptation by Tony Taccone and Bennett S. Cohen will be used for this performance.

Adaptation, historical, political, satire.

Here I used small wooden sticks to press into the arm joint of this part. This is so I can still hold the part and rotate it while painting without ruining the paint with my fingers.

Here's the real reason this so-called Bernie bro cried at the DNC.

To my mind, when you're done, you're done. No encores. Now you would think someone with that belief system would try to wring every drop out of life, but I'm afraid I still waste way too much time laying around the house watching stupid TV. But what I don't do is sacrifice my current life for a future reward.

I was reading something on Facebook yesterday that said my beliefs would preclude me from holding elected office in several southern states.

here is a recent creation it is one of my &ranger" body-style guitars. it has been antiqued to give it the appearance of age and years of hard use. it has two gfs fatbody pickups and one tone and one volume with a 3 way selector switch. it has a costume tooled leather pick guard that has been heavily antiqued. the body is alder and the neck and fretboard are maple. scale is 25.5. finish is a nitrocelulose lacquer

One day, we walked at the nature side of "Het Kasteel van Rhoon" (the Castle of the Rhoon).

A part of the nature area grows full with the Galanthus nivalis.

A beautiful place to walk around and birds are flying around you too.

These two Moorhens were walking around the flowers.

When we got closer, they just walked away slowly and jumped to the water side.

When we walked away, they will got out from the water and walked around the flowers again.

My son Timothy played with them this way for a while.... very funny game.

at long last I've managed to set up my etsy shop. i've got limited edition prints and some lettering to go in over the next few weeks.

This was taken at the Pentland Hills Regional Park on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

While much of the UK has experienced pretty severe snow in recent days, we have had relatively little on the East coast of Scotland, so when the snow did come I had to head straight for the hills to capture some shots.

This is a little river flowing next to the car park at the Flotterstone entrance of the park.

It was a dark, grey, cloudy day last Friday, in the aftermath of an overnight and morning snowstorm. I went to the Arboretum after work to get shots of the snow on the trees. While I was there, I decided to go check on a flower bed that I know to have daffodils that have been early risers the past few years. Sure enough, there they were, seemingly unscathed by the snowstorm and with buds that are getting fat. I can't wait for them to open....

my japanese masking tape!!! i can't wait to use it!

sorry the focus is off. i literally has .5 seconds to take a picture before paisley came over and kicked over the stack.

67 - This somewhat huger-than-life poster, presumably intended to attract beautiful people to the benefits of living at City Centre here in Houston, is probably not going to be too successful, thanks to some anonymous, mischievous soul.

Still, it illustrates the truism that you can't control what folks'll say about you. All you can do is give 'em what you got and hope for the best!
