92-1094 an LC-130H-3 from the New York ANG in the blue hour. Most noticeable of the H-3 upgrades are the Hamilton Sundstrand NP2000 eight-blade propellers.
LC-130H-3 from the New York ANG bedded down for the ngiht on the Boeing Plaza. Patience was the key for getting a clear shot of this one.
Fast jets screaming by at eye level is something the Mach Loop is synonymous with although various transport aircraft are regular visitors their pilots also practising their low level flying skills and are, in my opinion, just as impressive as the fastest jets. During our visit on 17 September we were treated to two passes by USAF C130-J 35778 Super Hercules seen here banking right at Cad East in delightful conditions.

Some hours later than scheduled due to a fuel spill, Moroccan C-130 CN-AOG taxis for departure from Fairford. The aircraft had been support for a pair of Moroccan F-16s that were taking part in the "Viper Line" as part of the 50th Anniversary celebrations of the Fighting Falcon.
