These little lambs had somehow got on the other side of the river away from their mam, who was crying on the other side, what I saw next made my day.....
My Canon Rebel XS is acting up. I was shooting a bunch of photos (indoors, camera on tripod) -- when a black band began appearing on my photos (see above). In three successive photos, the blackened area moves about the picture. I took the lens off and tried a different lens -- same thing, blackened. I shot a bunch of photos without any lens, and the triangle appeared to move about -- then suddenly I got an "Error 99 Shooting is not possible" message. I have changed the battery, restarted a number of times, but still get the message.
Is the camera completely kaput? Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know what type of spider this is??? Shot in central Massachusetts, it is very tiny...approx a half inch in length.
December 8, 2012 - I was honored today to participate in Help Portrait in Philadelphia. I met so many wonderful photographers, got to shoot some great portraits, and learned more in a day then I did in months! These are two of the people who I worked with.
HELP CAE is a project included in "Detours" presented by Finishing School that addresses the unjust criminal case against Dr. Steven Kurtz, a member of the artist collective Critical Art Ensemble (CAE). FS has maintained a personal relationship with Kurtz for many years; he has been a teacher, mentor, and friend. Both Kurtz and CAE have profoundly influenced FS individually and as a collective practice. The purpose of this project is to re-present vital information about the case found on caedefensefund.org to increase awareness and action, raise funds for Kurtz's legal defense, and highlight CAE's collective practice.
