St Thomas of Canterbury, Great Whelnetham, Suffolk
A sweet little church just to the south of Bury St Edmunds, one of just a few Suffolk churches entirely in the Essex style.
There are several features of interest. The extraordinary east window depicting figures and scenes of David, St George, St Nicholas and Joan of Arc is by Burlison & Grylls.
To the south of the chancel is a goodly amount of fragmentary medieval glass. Amongs it are several birds holding banners reading 'Jesu Mercy' and 'Jesu Help'. These must come right at the end of the medieval period, when liturgical devotion begins to be expressed in English rather than Latin. As far as I know, they are unique in England.

It's easy! In the bottom part of the screen containing the picture you will see an icon with a downward pointing arrow above a horizontal like - it's on the far right of 4 icons.
Click on that far right icon, and you'll see options of different sizes to download. FOR BEST QUALITY, be sure to use the "Original" option.
On pictures with high resolution, you WILL see a better looking image if you're viewing on a computer monitor or TV only by retaining the original file size.
If you're viewing on a smart phone, don't worry about higher resolution as you won't see a difference on those small screens.
And there's 72 images with larger than 15 MB size files, with the biggest (NBC-TV SHOW) topping out at 43.6 MB! I tried the lower resolution scans too, but they just didn't cut it for the results I would be satisfied with.
I have three tutorial books of over 700 pages each for Photoshop! Remember when Alvin Tofler warned us about OVERCHOICE in his book "Future Shock"?
He was SO right, and his book came out in like 5 different colored covers to help get us ready!

The Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site, located at 28 East 20th Street, is a recreated three-story brownstone replicating the birthplace and childhood home of the 26th President of the United States. The house that originally stood on the site was built in 1848 and bought by the Roosevelts in 1854. Theodore Roosevelt was born there on October 27, 1858 and lived in the house with his family until 1872, when the neighborhood became more commercial and the family moved uptown to 57th Stret. The original building was demolished in 1916, but upon Roosevelt’s death in 1919, the lot was purchased and the house rebuilt by the Women’s Roosevelt Memorial Association, which merged with the Roosevelt Memorial Association to form the Theodore Roosevelt Association. The replica of the house, designed to look s it was in 1865, as well as the museum situated in the row house next door at #26 was designed by noted female American architect Theodate Pope Riddle. The house was rededicated in 1923, and refurbished with many original pieces. The birthplace was donated to the National Park service in 1963.
The Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site was designated a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1966.

people have been telling me for years that i need help.
i've always been too hard-headed to listen to them though..

CSAO CA-15 has come to help with the broken knuckle issue on NS 502, and will pull the cut of coal hoppers from the broken knuckle south so it can be repaired.

Day 5 prompt a few days late..
My 1 year old MUST help me vacuum every time I get the vacuum out. EVERY TIME!
It's cute, but when all I want to do is quickly clean up some loose dog hair it can become very annoying!
No the hoverfly is not stuck, I'm having a dilemma, I don't know whether to save up for the canon 600d or the Nikon D3200, If I went for a canon should I go for the 120-300mm f2.8 DG OS HSM lens or the L series one? Any way there was an autumn touch to the morning air today, I seen my we Robin friend again today! Left some food for her, tommorow I'm off so I will try for a shot!
A Books Can Help, Bibliotherapy Project , was launched on the 8th March at the Central library, Ilac Centre. This project is a partnership project between Dublin City Public Libraries and the North Inner City Book Prescription Scheme.
I need to design a German WWII tank for a cooperative MOC and I don't know how to do it for it to be sturdy. I would also like to know where I can get the tracks :P
