A bowl of water set out by some thoughtful souls . . . when I got down on my belly to take the shot I wondered if someone just might think that I was taking a drink . . . I would have given my left big toe for a splash of red for the composition!
Use Supreme Easy Plait to help produce perfect plaits every time and keep plaits looking neat and pristine, even when plaiting up the night before. Equally good on wet or dry manes and tails.
Groom the mane, then section for a plait, spray Easy Plait directly on to the mane, this will help hold in plaits but also make handling easier during the plaiting process.
Hi Flickr friends! I need your help! This morning I just was closing Finola's eyes no harder than normal, and her pull string ripped/came out D: If anyone could give me instructions on how to reattach it it would be wonderful! I have never opened a Blythe head or anything, so I'm just scared I'll do something wrong. Thank you so much!! <3

Virginia National Guard recruiters help representatives from MaxPreps present the Army National Guard national ranking trophy to the Virginia 6A state champion Manchester High School Lancers at a ceremony during the varsity boys basketball game Feb. 1, 2019, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Manchester won the title after a perfect 15-0 2018 season, earning them national recognition by MaxPreps. The trophy was presented as part of MaxPreps’ 14th annual Tour of Champions, sponsored by the Army National Guard, and was displayed at a Virginia National Guard recruiting booth at the school during the school day and during the junior varsity and varsity boys basketball games. Would like some help to I.D. these ducks. This lake usually has a few Mallards, but these are new to the area. I thought they might be young Muscovy.
Photo was take on September 13, 2014, in Ontario, California, USA If it makes any difference in the I.D., we have been experiencing a very hot and dry summer.

Today was Help-Portrait day. We set up shop at my church and helped 27 families with free family and individual photographs. What a great way to give back...
This was NOT my best shot, but the rules forbid me to share the portraits. All I can say is that I have some amazing photos of families that could never afford my rates :)

Unlike most of Coupeville’s early settlers, Colonel Granville Haller was neither a farmer nor involved in maritime commerce. He was a career military man who fought in the second Seminole War in Florida, the Mexican-American War, the Indian Wars on Puget Sound of the 1850s, the “Pig War” on San Juan Island and in the Civil War. Relieved of duty following the Battle of Gettysburg (allegedly for making dismissive comments of Lincoln’s handling of the war effort) Haller returned to Puget Sound, settling on Whidbey Island. In 1866, he moved to downtown Coupeville and constructed the Haller House: a two-story Georgian structure connected to an existing one-story house of plank construction already present on the site. Haller sold the house in 1879, opting to relocate once again, this time to Seattle. For the next 125 years, the house served as a private residence but witnessed very few alterations. The plan is primarily intact, as are many of the finishes, providing a rare glimpse into mid-19th century domestic life. The last residents left in 2006 and the house is currently on the real estate market. Though designation as a landmark within the Central Whidbey Island Historic District may offer protection for the exterior appearance of the Haller House, occupancy codes will compel any buyer to make significant alterations to the interior. Fearing a loss of historic integrity, residents of Whidbey Island formed the Friends of the Haller House. Their goal is to acquire the house and ultimately help tell the story of the Civil War’s impact on the northwest.
