On Sunday afternoon I heard some grumpy chirping in my mum's garden:

" Turn your world upside down, they said ... Performing a handstand improves concentration, they said ... But no one has told me how to get out of this posture again ... Help, please ?? "

And there it was: a tiny critter on a Colza blossom (a very young dark bush-cricket, I think - about 5 to 7 mm small), performing some kind of handstand yoga posture ...

It was finally able to get upright again - it was gone some minutes later : ))

In the first comment you can see a photo of my thumb and Colza in full bloom to get a size comparison ... it was really tiny : ))

A gray fox stopped by my campsite in Boot Canyon, gave me the once-over, then looked skyward for divine guidance. The apparent response was to just move on along and let the hapless biped fend for himself. Big Bend National Park, Brewster County, Texas.

The Mourning Doves are a common sight in my yard. They are one of the few birds which often get overlooked. But every once in a while one will pose extra nice - and I can'tr help but notice how pretty they actually are.

Rufus : "Oh my goodness, I'd just got back from having my first walk in the nature reserve (or car park) for the first time in 5 months.

"While Mum was in hospital or at the convalescent home, Dad couldn't take me out either, because of his mobility problems.

"But, today my new Auntie Fabienne came and took me out. She looked after Mum and the others at weekends (not all of them) at Guingamp, but lives in Perros.

"She can't take me out every day so Mum and Dad are going to put some publicity up to see if someone can help us.

"When I got home, I asked to go into the garden and Izzy came too, her lead got stuck around the parasol stand and she was trying to tell me, Mum and Dad that she needed help!!"

In the center of the picture, the holy icon painter Alipius of Pechersky is depicted on the edge of the pylon from the side of the arch that leads from the central nave to the side northern nave. View from the central nave.

On the fresco, Saint Alypius is depicted in a cell, he holds an icon of Our Lady Hodigitria in his hands, an angel above him, who, according to life, helped him paint icons, paints are at his feet.

*Аліпій (Алімпій, Олімпій) Печерський — православний святий, київський іконописець і мозаїст, ювелір, лікар, чернець та священник Києво-Печерського монастиря, перше відоме з літопису ім'я староруського художника іконопису, один з авторів Києво-Печерського патерика. Навчався у грецьких майстрів. Аліпій похований у Антонієвих (Ближніх) печерах Києво-Печерської лаври.

More practice with reflections and highlights today. I need to put together a kit of items for food. I struggled to balance the apple with the knife and I was worried about it falling off the table and onto my foot. Therefore, I couldn't show the whole apple or it would reveal my crazy prop system. Any tips or ideas on how to prop is always appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help and comments!

Hippo feeding on grass in the Chobe river. The oxpecker birds are doing him a great favour as they feed on the ticks and the parasites and they can also be a useful alarm for any potential threats.
