His breath melts the steel, its tail is like white hot steel whips, his skin is like a rock and his horns can reduced to ashes his enemies.

Hells Gate is an abrupt narrowing of British Columbia's Fraser River, located immediately downstream of Boston Bar in the southern Fraser Canyon. The towering rock walls of the Fraser River plunge toward each other forcing the waters through a passage only 35 metres (115 ft) wide.
With the steamy windows, the red of car tail-lights and the "terminates here" this infernal shot, using available light only, came out as the "bus to hell"!

A beautiful fall day with temps around freezing had us searching for a low elevation hike before the last of the trails got snowed in. The hike from Pittsburg Landing to Kirkwood Ranch in Hell's Canyon never disappoints. We only saw 3 other people on the trail (all hunters) and enjoyed some of the last sun of the season.

Such an ugly place
I remember all the back and forth about whether or Not that classic eagles song is about hell.. the lyrics sure do sound like it. But even that song described a place that looks 4545895605 times better than where i am.
