The Hardest Hit - the largest ever demonstration of disabled people in the UK, on the 1st anniversary of the Coalition Government. The Government failed to send a representative to address the rally at the start of the march, despite being invited to do so. The event was organised by the UK Disabled People's Council and the rally was led by their Chair Julie Newman. The Government plans to cut £9bn from disabled people over the remaining life of the Parliament.

The hardest thing to accept when you're homeless is EXCLUSION. The knowledge that one is unwanted is painful and frustrating and a deep rooted source of anger.

The Hardest Part ♫

And the hardest part

Was letting go not taking part

Was the hardest part

And the strangest thing

was waiting for that bell to ring

It was the strangest start

I could feel it go down

It is sweet I could taste in my mouth

Silver lining the clouds

Oh and I

I wish that I could work it out

And the hardest part

Was letting go not taking part

You really broke my heart

And I tried to sing

But I couldn't think of anything

That was the hardest part

I could feel it go down

You left the sweetest taste in my mouth

Your silver lining the clouds

Oh and I

Oh and I

I wonder what it's all about

I wonder what it's all about

Everything I know is wrong

Everything I do just comes undone

And everything is torn apart

Oh and it's the hardest part

That's the hardest part

Yeah that's the hardest part

That's the hardest part

a ring that means something.

Hardest challenge yet! The angles on the small pieces and the length comes into play now as we have Yellow, Black, Yellow, Black, Yellow, in a row that has to match up with the layer above.

please help yourself to the cool breeze and lovely sun in the backyard!

My name is Annabel Wiils from Canada! Life hasn’t been easy but I’ve done everything I can to raise my two boys right after losing my husband. Being a single mother is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do but I’ve taken it one day at a time determined to give them a good life. After years of focusing only on them I finally felt ready to put myself out there again and try dating. I joined a dating app and quickly connected with a man who seemed thoughtful, sincere and financially intelligent. He told me he was involved in Bitcoin trading and had done well for herself. More than that he said he wanted to help me build a better future for my kids. I’ll admit I was touched. He said all the right things. Over the next few weeks we talked constantly. He never pushed, just encouraged me and gave small pieces of financial advice. Eventually she told me about a private trading pool his team used. It was supposedly low risk with high return. He even showed me screenshots of his growing profits. I wanted to believe him. I wanted to believe in something again. So I did it. I transferred 2 Bitcoin to the wallet address he gave me. The next morning he disappeared. His profile was gone. All of our messages were deleted. My Bitcoin was gone too. I felt absolutely crushed. For days I couldn’t sleep. I blamed myself for falling for it. I didn’t even want to tell anyone what had happened until a coworker noticed I wasn’t myself. When I finally told him he said one name: Passcode Cyber Recovery. I contacted Passcode Cyber Recovery without much hope but they surprised me. From the first call they treated me with respect and urgency. Their investigators trace the scammer’s wallet and they freeze assets. Two weeks later they recovered 1.3 BTC. No it wasn’t everything. But it was enough to restore my faith. More importantly, someone fought for me. I wasn’t just another online victim, I was a mother trying to do the right thing. I didn’t find love. But I found justice and a way forward for my boys. I’ll always be grateful.

Hardest part - getting the band to stay centered while holding 2 parts on the mount, and setting the screw back in....

Shelterbox has been working in some of the hardest to reach places in rural Chile south of Santiago near the epicentre of the 8.8 magnitude earthquake on 27 February 2010. Shelterbox is the first organisation to be operating in the rural areas around some of the towns and rural areas. We are presently near the small town of Retiro which was one of the worst affected places. The distance away from the town areas is very signifiicant as it takes so long to get to them.

Shelterbox has been working with the Retiro scouts and the Retiro FireBridage to work in the areas that have not been reached yet by any aid organisation.

Quote Sara Norambvena ,70,

" i never thought I would lose my house, thanks to shelterbox I have a place now to spend the winter that is coming. I have 7 grandchildren that i look after and now having these two tents means we will be safe, Shelterbox is the first aid we have seen since the earthquake, we are so happy we have not been forgotten"

Hardest Wicklow yet despite good weather

Hardest race so far, suffered from the heat. Complete break down in the second half of the race. Official time 59:14 - lovely, well organised race nevertheless

For me Libby is the hardest resident to photograph at SFHFC. She is quite an old girl but she moves so quickly. Every time I click the shutter she seems to move her head so very difficult to get her in focus. Here I managed to catch her looking up at the little toy mouse (off our Amazon wish list) which I was holding with my other hand.

Hardest Hit March

Hardest Hit March

Don't let this happen to you.

It is a fact, #CPR and #AEDs save lives and keeps families together. Don't let hind sight bite you in the butt, be proactive not reactive!

This would prove to be the toughest obstacle of the day, both on the hike in and out. Had to cross this 'creek' that was flowing pretty good. I wound up crossing just to the left of the white 'froth', using underwater rocks to stand/hold onto until I got to the slippery logs on the other side.

She was not to be photographed.
