Just now, in the middle of winter I felt the urge of scanning my harddisk for some summer shots... Needed to see green grass, flowers and brighter skies... Although this shot shows some overcast, the other feautures were all there... Not shot with the most modern of cameras... but in this case motive must beat quality. What a relief to know that these conditions will return at some point of time in it's own magical way... Maybe others feel just like me... so: Be my guest!

Used as my Time Machine backup drive. Works nicely. The shape means it doesn't need to sit raised from the surface if it's placed on a soft desktop. The logo on the front lights up the word 'HITACHI' as the disk access light.
Top: old Hitachi DeskStar (now dubbed DeathStar, of course).
Bottom: Western Digital replacement (same size)
