Abused, Abandoned Jungle Dogs.

Pumpkin will be going to the dog clinic
in the next couple of days. She seems
better but early every morning, 3-4 AM
she looses her dinner and I clean it up.
More info will be available after her
visit to the clinic. As for now she
does wander around the
place, then down
for a long nap.

Abused & Abandoned Jungle Dogs.
It was about 11:35AM when I made it
out to The Monkey Temple. Health
issues slowed me down today.
Once I arrived at The Dog Palace
Molly and Crew were all well fed.
From there Mr Ed received
his big juicy orange carrots.
Next stop is over at the nuns
where everybody received
their monthly inoculations.
The new linoleum was laid.
Didn't even take my field bath.
Just took off back home/bed.

When you are laying on your tummy taking pictures of apparently nothing this is the reaction of a Border Collie who just wants to play!
I'm sure she is saying "What the **** are you doing"?
The mountains of Scotland towering above us.
You can see my reflection in her eyes I'm waring a yellow T shirt.
17/293 = 5.8%
Now in Explore 27f/587v = 4.6% (Not Great)
124f/4270v = 2.9% and that's what people think of this shot, only 2.9% of the 4270 views bothered to click Fave.
Explored 30th May 2025 unfortunately a long way down the order so I'm not expecting a huge response.

couple of days things will start to
be acquired for all the temple
animals. Bunch ah stuff.

Early morning Mama tries to keep up
with The Monkey, last about 7 seconds.
Does his paws ever touch the ground ?
Only when he eats or when he sleeps.

Mr Mickey the Baby Hippopotamus.
As you remember, some time back
when Mickey was a little puppy we
almost lost him. He was very sick
and stayed with us 4 some time.
We took him to the dog clinic
about every other day then
every third day until he
regained his health.
The nuns were so excited to see him
again there was tears in their eyes ;-)
And I want to remind you that it was
through your support and donations
that Mickey's healthy & with us today.
Another small slice of jungle life ;-)-

FYI,
The Pipsqueak an Boney Baloney are
laying next to my chair. Pumpkin is just
outside the door watching my every move.
The Zoomer and Mimi are doing something
with no# 1 in her garden. All the dogs have just
finished eating breakfast. There's many photos
in the archives to choose from. This is one 4 you.
I'm not going anywhere today.
No# 1 has me on a short leash.

Whenever my son & I go to our friends house, we bring our new puppy Max (the white one in back) and he plays with my friends dog Sadie (tan) and the neighbors dog Mac (black)! We were soo lucky to get this great shot of the 3 of them!!

On the 7th The Bonehead was quick to discover
where his precious bone had been hidden.
Actually I had placed it there as we were leaving
the trip before. But on the 7th he raced right
to it, retrieved the bone and off he went.
Note the pointy parts on the palm bow.
They will rip you to pieces real fast !
OK, now for todays run to the m/c field.
Not going to happen and here's why ;-(
Yesterday I was all excited to get
the canopy frame re-welded.
Couldn't go anywhere
until that was done.
Plan was to leave early this morning
for the mud cobra field so the dogs
could race around having big fun.
5:AM I'm up mentally making plans.
Problem is my body doesn't like
the plans and is complaining.
So I had to bow my head and agree with no# 1.
Today the new plan is to stay home and rest.
I hate it when that happens but it does happen.
So now the new plan is to make plans for tomorrow.
Furthermore I admit, and am guilty of,
lifting the canopy frame yesterday.
And now I'm paying for it ;-0-
So who's really The Bonehead now ?
No problem, I'll be on the move tomorrow ;-)

We can't save the world but we can
change the world for a few animals.
Hopefully we will be able to arrange
a ride out to the temple real soon.
That means caring for MKM's
dogs, Blondie and Molly.
The nuns feed them everyday but

Rylee lives for her walks. When we first got her she pulled like crazy. I am so happy with her progress, walking on a flat leash and only pulling now for the first 2-3 minutes. Patience and training at work.

Mr Rocky being real silly on our last run
out to the temple in-order to give all the
dogs their monthly injections. I spent a lot
of time with Mr Rocky being all lovey dovey.
This morning no# 1 and I went to the local
feed store for more kibble. We were both
hit with "Sticker Shock", price went up
a good 43% + or -. More like +++ ! ! !
Needless to say, only one bag was purchased
when in the past 2 or 3 bags would be purchased.
I know I'm singing to the choir. May first the price
on everything delivered by truck is going to
sky-rocket due to the fuel prices ;-0-

Abused & Abandoned Jungle Dogs.
No# 1's brother delivered dog supplies
to The Bingo Room two days ago.
Nuns told him all the dogs are
waiting for Mr Jon's return.
So far everything is OK out there.
The end of April no# 1 and I plan
on a run to the temple in-order
to get all the dogs inoculated.
That will be a long day with
a bunch of very happy dogs.
