Palace Ladies concluded a spell of three games in seven days, away at West Ham Ladies on Sunday. In a week that has seen the credentials of The Eagles thoroughly tested, The Ladies delivered once again. Having played the two title favourites, Spurs and Charlton earlier in the week and won the plaudits of many with two outstanding performances, the West Ham game was not being taken lightly. Outside of the club, there were those who had seen The Eagles as a team that was good to have in the top tier of The FA Women’s Premier League, but not likely to cause too much of a stir amongst the well-established. The previous two games had served notice, that the efforts of Palace over the previous two seasons at the lower level, were being brought to the higher level – something that The Eagles would now have to live up to. Speaking before the match, manager, Dean Davenport spoke of the new levels of expectations, “As a club, we knew what we could achieve. Our expectations have been realistic, but always at the higher end of achieving. Naturally, some saw the move up a league as being a barrier to our continued development. The Charlton and Spurs performances seemed to have got people thinking and perceptions changing. Rather than us just being seen by some as the new guys looking to enjoy the promotion, we have started to create an air of expectation in what we do. To be honest, this is no problem for us, as we knew what we could achieve within our set-up. The only thing for us to do, is live up to the standards we set.” Although, on recent form, West Ham looked like posing less of a threat than the previous two opponents, the games between the two have always been well contested and nothing could be taken for granted. Palace travelled, still, without the injured, captain Freya Holdaway (foot), Nicha Dyett (broken leg), Abigail Igbavboa (hamstring) and Ciara Sherwood (International duty). However, The Eagles were boosted by the signing, this week of the experienced and talented Lilly Maple (formerly in Women’s Super League with Millwall). Following recent results that have seen The Hammers look to resolve issues by getting behind the ball and frustrating opponents, Palace were aware that they may have plenty of possession, but needed equal levels of patience. The match started as predicted, with Palace owning the ball and seeking to work a way through two banks of defenders in the West Ham half. The Eagles were lively and creative in their use of the ball and set their stall out early when Megan Goss finished a fine move, inside the first ten minutes, with a cool finish to the ‘keepers right to put Palace one up. The flow of the game remained unchanged with West Ham limited to long balls up the field, for hopeful counter-attacks, which were a rare respite from the Palace pressure. The score line was added to mid-way through the first half when, Gemma Bryan; who with Roschelle Shakes was terrorising the West Ham defence, collected, controlled and crashed the ball home from 25 yards. Whilst West Ham were disciplined in the their efforts, Palace were dominant and but for the completion of a few more final third passes, could have threatened more than they were. Shortly before half time, it was Bryan who again netted, breaking into the left side of the area and calmly slotting the ball into the far right corner of the net. The second half saw the game continue as the first with relentless Palace possession and determined defiance from the home side. Palace went close on numerous occasions and were guilty of wasting a few good opportunities, but remained focussed and professional in their approach. With substitutions that saw the introduction of Maple, Jade Davenport and Alma Donohoe, Palace looked to maintain the tempo against a tiring West Ham. The scoring was wrapped up 15 minutes from time when a well worked phase of play from the right, saw Davenport fouled ten yards from goal. The resulting penalty was coolly dispatched by Shakes, helping Palace home to a comfortable 4-0 win. Speaking post-match, Dean Davenport spoke highly of his squad, “This week has seen us properly tested and we have done ourselves proud. Even with key absences, we have shown the quality of personnel we have, our unity, never say die attitude and what every Palace fan wants to see – the very most a team can give. The performances on Sunday and Wednesday were exceptional and we could have come away with more in terms of points that we did. However, we are realistic and we are still learning. Part of that was coming to West Ham today and doing what we needed to. The girls did just that. A professional and controlled approach to things, and three good points. We still have a long way to go and plenty of work ahead to show what we are truly capable of in this league, but to come through these particular three games in only seven days, in the way we have, is very pleasing.” Asked as to the aspirations for the season, he added, “These have not changed. We had a simple ambition that we made public – survival in this league. Within the group, we have our own targets set and will do what we can to meet, and hopefully exceed these. This is purely within our own control and we aim to do so in an entertaining and typically Palace style.” Palace Ladies first team are currently scheduled for a rest day on Sunday, although the first team reserves will be in action, against West Ham reserves, in the cup, at the home of AFC Croydon at The Mayfield Stadium, Thornton Heath, with kick off at 2pm. Let's block ads! (Why?)

Gareth Bale's rise, Mohamed Salah's threat gives Zinedine Zidane selection headache
Gareth Bale was treated to a rare standing ovation at the Bernaebeu on Saturday when he was taken off in the second half after a splendid display against Celta Vigo. The Welshman's confidence is soaring following four goals in his past three starts for Real Madrid, two of which can be defined as golazos.
"It will be a pain in the head to pick an 11 for the Champions League final," Zinedine Zidane said after his side ran riot against Celta. But Bale is sure to start in Kiev, as he is the one player who can go toe-to-toe with Mohamed Salah for pure, unadulterated attacking flair.
Salah just won the Premier League Player of the Year award, and it wasn't long ago that Bale was picking up the same silverware before being whisked to the capital of Spain for a then-record transfer fee. There have been some injury-plagued spells mixed with an incredible trophy haul for the Welshman in Madrid -- including three Champions Leagues, a league title and a Copa del Rey -- but this year, he has not missed a single minute due to injury and has dug his heels in, fighting for a place in the team and scoring 13 in 20 in La Liga in the process.
That consistency has been rewarded, and Real Madrid are reaping the benefits, too, at the perfect time for their attempt to win three Champions League titles in a row.
Bale scored twice during the 6-0 rout over Celta, one of them a reminder of his firepower in front of goal; both Isco and Karim Benzema started, too, with the former getting on the score sheet with his own, more delicate, curler into the bottom corner. Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, is going to be "150 percent" fit for the final in Kiev on May 26 against Liverpool. That leaves seven players vying for three places. Zidane's headache is going to be a thumping one.
His back four and goalkeeper are decided, provided Dani Carvajal makes a recovery as he is expected to from a hamstring issue. Toni Kroos and Luka Modric will start, too, along with Ronaldo given the assurances we have been offered regarding his fitness. After that, it depends on how Zidane decides to play. Casemiro, Mateo Kovacic, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, Bale, Isco and Benzema will all do battle for the final three places in the side as competition simmers nicely in the buildup to the Champions League final.
One thing Zidane has toyed with recently has been the exclusion of Casemiro. If the game against Liverpool is going to be as volatile and attacking as everyone thinks it will, why waste Casemiro in a defensive role when you can play another attacking player to tip the scales? Kovacic is an option, but given Liverpool tend to do most of their attacking on the flanks -- 36 percent down the right and 34 percent on the left, according to WhoScored -- it might be wiser to deploy pace out wide to counter that offensive assault from the sides.
The other thought is that Isco will be too slow and stagnant in a game that will be played exclusively on the counterattack by both sides. The counterargument to that line of thought is that playing the creative midfielder on the left and allowing him to drift inside, with Ronaldo as a striker, will mean Marcelo has the freedom on the left-hand side to make an impact; it also means Isco is playing in the same position where he does most of his damage under Julen Lopetegui. This also depends on just how worried Zidane is about Salah, however, because a wing with Isco and Marcelo leaves very few options as far as defending goes.
It is difficult to see Zidane turn his back on Benzema at this juncture, especially after he scored twice against Bayern and has rekindled some form in recent weeks. One of the reasons he remained true to the French striker during his most trying time in a Real Madrid jersey, however, is because he had no other options. Since Bale's emergence as a potential difference-maker, that has changed significantly.
Real Madrid still have another game to go, away against Villarreal in La Liga, and things might become a little bit clearer then. They could also get a whole lot more confusing, as Zidane might look to rest his stars and muddy the waters for any Liverpool scouts watching on in an effort to get a feel for how Real Madrid want to play.
All eyes will be on Salah in the buildup to the final to see what he can do on the biggest stage of them all. But Bale could very well steal the show given his recent form. Spanish sports daily Marca said "Bale has an obsession: to be in the starting lineup in Kiev" in its Monday edition. He seems to have convinced Zidane of his credentials on that front. Now, his attention will turn to doing damage to Liverpool's defence.

No matter whether you play sport professionally or you are member of a social club, you should have regular chiropractic treatment.
Cricket and similar sports require quick bursts of energy. This can cause hamstring pulls, neck pain, back strains, and rotator cuff injuries. Many studies have shown that chiropractors can help prevent lower limb injuries while boosting muscle strength. A chiropractor Edinburgh can also help athletes suffering from tennis elbow. They will help to avoid the recurrence of tennis elbow while also rehabilitating the injured arm, promoting healing, and relieving redness and discomfort. Anyone involved in martial arts can also benefit from chiropractic treatment.
What else can an Edinburgh chiropractor assist with? They can help provide relief for anyone suffering from a sports hernia. Chiropractors can also reduce the pain that comes from the recurrent shoulder instability that arises from playing hockey. Other types of full-contact sport include rugby and American football. If you play any of these sports, soreness and stiffness are the norm. It’s important to treat this with chiropractic care to ensure that the stiffness and soreness do not turn into anything worse.
If you play any sport, do not overlook the importance of chiropractic treatment.
08-11-1984; Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic. Signed by the New York Yankees as an amateur free agent in 2001. Melky Astacio Cabrera is a Major League Baseball centerfielder. On November 13, 2001, at age 17, Cabrera was signed by the New York Yankees. In 2002, at age 18, he made his pro debut with the Yankees Rookie League affiliate in the Dominican Summer League. In 2003, he made his first minor league appearance with the High Rookie team in the NY-Penn League with the Staten Island Yankees, batting .283 with 31 RBI in 67 games. In 2004, he moved up to Single-A with the Battle Creek Yankees, hitting .333 with 16 RBI in 42 games before being promoted to the High Single-A Tampa Yankees, where he hit .288 with 51 RBI in 85 games to finish the season. In 2005, Cabrera started off with the Double-A Trenton Thunder, hitting .275 with 60 RBI in 106 games. At the end of June, he was called up to the Triple-A Columbus Clippers. On July 7, 2005, he made his major league debut. However, he only played six games before he was moved back down to Columbus. In 2006, he started the season in Columbus, but due to injuries to Hideki Matsui and Gary Sheffield, he became the everyday left fielder for the Yankees. During the 2009 Spring Training, Melky changed his number from #28 to #53. He changed his number because he wanted to have the same number he wore when he played Winter League. Former Yankee, Bobby Abreu wore number 53 before Cabrera changed numbers. Abreu played for the Yankees from the mid season of 2006 through 2008. On December 22, 2009, Cabrera was traded to the Atlanta Braves with Mike Dunn and pitching prospect Arodys Vizcaino for Javier Vázquez and Boone Logan. Cabrera signed a one year deal with the Braves avoiding arbitration. On December 9, 2010, Cabrera signed a one-year, contract with the Kansas City Royals. In his breakout 2011 season, Cabrera set career highs in RBIs (87), runs scored (102), stolen bases (20), home runs (18), and batting average (.305), while also finishing 4th in the American League in hits, with 201. On November 7, 2011, Melky Cabrera was traded to the San Francisco Giants for left-handed pitcher Jonathan Sánchez and minor league pitcher Ryan Verdugo. On August 15, 2012, Cabrera was suspended for 50 games without pay for testing positive for high levels of testosterone, suggesting usage of MLB-proscribed performance-enhancing drugs. He admitted using a banned substance and was forced to accept the suspension. The suspension was effective immediately, meaning that Cabrera would take no further part for the remainder of the 2012 season. The suspension would also rule him out to start the 2013 season or if the Giants play enough games in the postseason (if the team clinched). Prior to his suspension, he led the majors with 159 hits and was second in the NL with a .346 batting average. He ended his suspension-shortened season with 11 home runs, 10 triples, 60 RBI and 13 stolen bases in 18 opportunities. One of Cabrera's associates purchased a website for $10,000 and falsified its contents in a way that would have allowed Cabrera to challenge his suspension by claiming that the positive test was caused by a substance sold through that website, but MLB officials and federal investigators used forensics to trace the website back to Cabrera. At his own request, Cabrera was ruled ineligible to win the 2012 NL batting title. Cabrera signed a two-year contract with the Toronto Blue Jays on November 19, 2012. In a game against the Detroit Tigers on April 9, 2013, Cabrera recorded his 1,000th career hit, a single off starter Aníbal Sánchez. Cabrera battled a sore hamstring and quadriceps muscle through the first two months of the regular season, but the injuries did not warrant time on the disabled list. Cabrera was occasionally removed from games in the later innings to rest his legs. After the 2014 season, Cabrera signed a three-year contract with the Chicago White Sox. In his first season with the White Sox in 2015, Cabrera played 158 games batting .273 with 36 doubles, 12 home runs, and 77 RBIs In his second season with the White Sox in 2016, Cabrera played 151 games batting .296 with 14 home runs. In his third year with the White Sox before being traded to the Kansas City Royals, Cabrera batted .295 with 13 home runs and 56 RBIs in 98 games. The White Sox traded Cabrera to the Royals for A. J. Puckett and Andre Davis on July 30, 2017. On April 25, 2018, Cabrera signed a minor league contract with the Cleveland Indians. On May 20, he was called up by the Indians. Cabrera was designated for assignment on June 14, cleared waivers on June 18, and elected free agency. He re-signed a minor league contract with the Indians on July 5, 2018. The Indians purchased Cabrera's contract for a second time on July 20, 2018.

My ACL was reconstructed with a hamstring graft on 21/2/2013 at Parkens Privathospital by Dr. Frank Odgaard. The pain is not too bad and I can stay off the morphine and only do ibuprofen and paracetamol. The swelling has gone down a bit. I do daily exercises (leg lifts etc.) followed by icing.
There is still a long way to go, but things are moving in the right direction.

Elephants very quickly learn where they're safe and where they're not, this bull is one of a small group that hang around the Zakouma HQ area during the dry season. After everything that these elephant's have been through it's remarkable that any of them are willing to trust humans at all. However they are such intelligent animals that not only do they know where there safe but they also know who their friends are and these bulls that come to the Park Director Rian Labuschagne's house have learned to take water from a garden hosepipe.
For roughly 6 months of the year between June and November Zakouma National Park is almost entirely inundated with floodwaters at this time elephants would often disperse into the surrounding area of what is now the Salamat Faunal Reserve. During this time Arab horsemen from the Darfur region of neighbouring Sudan would come to hunt the elephants as they had done for perhaps several hundred years. Traditionally a group of up to 20 horsemen armed with lances would charge a herd aiming to separate out one of the elephants. A single horseman would then ride in front of this elephant to draw its attention and get it to pursue him allowing the other men to ride in and spear it from behind with their lances. They would aim for the elephant’s hamstrings in its hind legs which if severed would bring the animal down and ensure it could not get up again. Huge numbers of elephants were killed this way and in response the surviving herds in the region have learned that at the first sign of horsemen their best defence is bunch up into tight groups to ensure that no individual can be separated out.
Today this is no defence the horsemen are Janjaweed militiamen and members of the Sudanese armed forces and they come not with the lances used by their ancestors but with AK47s, belt-fed machine guns and rocket propelled grenades. This habit of bunching up into a single large herd has meant that the poachers can easily kill 50-60 elephants in a single attack by simply machine gunning the terrified animals as they try to escape. In 2005 an aerial count found 3,885 elephants in Zakouma and the surrounding area in under a decade the population was reduced to just 430 and had stopped breeding due to the constant stress. Since African Parks took over Zakouma the poaching has been almost entirely stopped and the elephants are breeding again the population now stands at around 470.
After 7 or 8 years of not touching it, I decided to break out the softball glove and play in the church league. I was excited to be out on the field once again. That excitement lasted until the bottom of the 2nd inning of the first game of a double header.
I was playing third and a sharp grounder was hit down the line. I ran over to make the play, planted my left foot, reached down and felt a terrible pull in the back of my leg. I spent the rest of the night sitting on the bench nursing a pulled hamstring watching the team play.
Fortunately, there are no games on Labor day weekend and I've got two weeks to try and heal up. I know - "It sucks to get old".

What is that one thing that has the power to offer you relaxation, release stress and anxiety, strength, flexibility, and balance, relief from arthritis issues, and more? You probably must have guessed it by now - it’s Yoga. Have you ever felt relaxation and refreshment after performing a ‘downward dog’ yoga position? That is exactly what it does. But, despite so many advantages, plenty of people miss out on yoga and stretching post their gym workouts. As a result, they frequently experience muscle soreness. Not only that but missing out on stretching and yoga directly hits your physical performance and manifolds the risk of injury.
There is no ideal age for performing yoga and stretching. All you need to do is start by watching stretching videos for beginners created by reputed personal trainers. This article will cover in detail how practicing yoga and stretching directly boosts one’s physical performance and quality of life.
How Important is Stretching?
If you have considered stretching suitable only for gymnasts or runners, then you are quite wrong in this. Stretching is a necessity for accelerating your mobility and freedom. But, most people only indulge in stretching once or twice a week and not regularly. First things first, you need to stretch 10-15 minutes a day and not occasionally or at intervals.
In order to stretch correctly, you need to find a good online training programme that will guide you through the exercises and help you avoid injuries. Stretching aids in keeping your muscles easygoing, robust, and restorative. And, as it is quite understandable, having a certain level of flexibility is essential to ensure smooth movement of the muscle joints. Failing to stretch will lead your muscles to shrink and tighten over time. As a result, you will be more prone to strains, joint pain, and also muscle damage.
Necessities For Stretching
Before leaping into your yoga mat and simply starting off, you need to know certain essentials of stretching. Though the best way to indulge in a balanced fitness regime is by hiring a personal fitness trainer online, you can still do it on your own.
These are some tips to consider when stretching.
Stretching is Not Warm Up: It is important to note that not all types of stretching are suitable as a warm-up. Passive stretching, for example, should be avoided as a warm-up exercise. However, there are numerous other exercises that can be beneficial for warming up. While activities like jogging, walking, or low-intensity biking for 5 to 10 minutes are commonly recommended as warm-up exercises, it's essential to understand that they may not be necessary or appropriate for all activities. For instance, sitting in the splits before running a marathon is not necessary, but performing active exercises that involve stretching the legs can be beneficial. It's important to customize your warm-up routine based on the specific activity you will be engaging in. Additionally, research suggests that for intense activities such as sprints, field activities, or track events, stretching immediately prior to them may actually result in reduced performance. Therefore, it's advisable to skip stretching before engaging in such activities and consider incorporating it into your post-training routine instead.
Concentrate More On Crucial Muscle Groups: When it comes to muscle groups, it is important to consider a balanced approach rather than singling out specific muscles as the most important. While the lower body muscles like the calves, hamstrings, hip flexors, and quadriceps are indeed significant, it's crucial to emphasize that overall muscle development and strength throughout the body are essential for optimal performance and functionality. This being said you should not miss out on your lower back, neck, and shoulders as well. The best way to attend to your health is by enrolling in flexibility courses online for the perfect guidance from experts.
Watch Out On the Posture and Symmetry: When engaging in stretching exercises, it's important to pay close attention to your posture and symmetry. Maintaining proper alignment and balance throughout your stretches can help prevent injuries and optimize the effectiveness of your stretching routine.
Stay Away From Bouncing: Bouncing during stretching exercises can increase the risk of muscle injury and should generally be avoided. Instead, it is recommended to perform stretches in a smooth and controlled manner to reduce the likelihood of strain or overextension. When you bounce or perform rapid, jerky movements while stretching, it can put excessive stress on the muscles and tendons, potentially leading to tears or strains. This is why it is important to approach stretching with care and mindfulness, focusing on controlled movements that gradually and gently elongate the muscles.
Hold On To Your Stretch: As you stretch, try and breathe normally, and hold on to your stretch for around 30 seconds. There is no point stretching if you are not clasping onto it. You might need to stretch for about 60 seconds in your problem areas.
Give It Time: Remember to not get impatient as you begin your stretching journey. Changes or improvements will not show overnight. It might take time to notice the development. Therefore, don’t miss out on your stretching sessions.
Stretching opens the door to plenty of health benefits as you have already understood. But, most people still fail to understand its importance and don’t include them in their daily regime. A powerpack stretching session will rejuvenate you on a different level. Opt for a well-known personal fitness trainer online, get your stretching sessions started, and save yourself from numerous health concerns.

Hi,
I told myself this morning, "Self, no more writing for a while,
because, who knows if they are really listening? But occurrences keep
pushing me outward.
At 9:40 this evening, I was driving home from a weekly spiritual
ecstatic dance jam in Kihei at the yoga center with solid wood
floors.:). I was approaching the desolate Puunene turnoff from the highway and
spied a young girl hitchhiking. I stopped and let her in. Of
course, my first words were, "Girl, what... are you doing? She is
seventeen years old and answered, "We moved to Pai'a, Hawaii from Georgia and I
have been working at the Baskin Robbins in Kihei for seven months. I
usually hitch everyday, but tonight this guy got kind of weird and I
bailed on the highway. I walked to the turn off and waited... and then
you stopped." .......... I asked about her home school education. She said that
her mom works a lot and so does she. I suggested to her to read as much as
possible; study some form of math and keep your mind busy learning
because in 3 or 4 years it will not be as easy to retain information. She
said she eats a ton of ice cream. I told her to try and eat the non
sugar ones or the sorbets. I also said to walk as much as possible and
keep exercising your core and hamstrings. As we passed by the new ice cream parlor in Pai'a, I
mentioned that, "If you do a really good job, never be late or call in
sick, maybe after some time you will have good references and
experience.
You can then change to this place and be closer to home."
She thanked me for the ride and asked me if she could have a
sunflower. I had just harvested 9 mammoth
ones and she had to hold them during the ride. I said, "Of course" and
gave her three.
I have never asked the government for any monetary support and I
have been fired or quit more than thirty jobs. I was never fully healed
from the accident and work always became difficult. I have spent
thirty days in a California jail in '04 for possession of .008 grams of
hash which is a form of marijuana. I am sure I could have gotten off by getting my medical marijuana license,
but I had no problem suffering a bit and cleaning my system out.
I saw the President on Dave Letterman a few nights ago. The heart
shaped
potato was great, but do not forget to slowly belly breathe through
your nose
100 X's or less in the
morning . (Breathe out, suck belly in and vise versa.)

My economic degree from Boston College at work.. ...maybe cut
government spending by a trillion dollars and simultaneously lower tax
rates on capital. Maybe we could put an end to the estate tax, cut the
marginal rates, and maybe cut tax rates on dividends and capital gains.
This could possibly stimulate smaller businesses to form and add
employment. They are a major source of new employment in the economy.
Maybe we could put an end to subsidies of various industries, maybe cut
a few tariffs, and put an end to various quotas. These should all be
done while at the same time cutting the budget by getting rid of social
security. or.. just claim bankruptcy and call it a day.:)

It is important to sleep on a level surface or a little head tilted
forward. If your feet are a bit higher than your head, this will cause
more energy and nutrients needed to circulate the blood around your
body. You will have to sleep a bit longer and you will toss and turn,
not establishing an adequate sleep pattern.

A player has come off the field complaining of cramp and tightness in his hamstring. A club official makes use of a nearby picnic table to help stretch the affected leg muscles.

Since African Parks took over Zakouma the poaching has been almost entirely stopped, there hasn’t been a single poaching incident in 5 years, as soon as the elephants started to feel secure, they began to breed again, at the last count in 2021 the population has reached 636.
All of this poaching led to Zakouma’s elephants forming a single large dysfunctional herd that included adult bulls, that would ordinarily have been pushed out of the herd, perhaps because of how much the population has grown, the big herd does seem to have started to split into several large herds rather than one single one. Although they are now safe, elephants have long memories, they remain extremely nervous and are difficult to find and approach. Your best chance of seeing them is to wait for them to come to the Salamat River to drink, having established from park HQ where they are first, so that you know where best to wait. This is not fool proof, we tried this and missed them, finally chancing upon this big herd in the south of the park, they didn’t remain in the open for long and quickly ran back into the bush, even though we were a long distance away.
Something slightly eerie about this photo. I guess it could be part of my 52 weeks.
In need of a revolution. My boyfriend and I have been going through some pretty tough times lately, and he finally called it off today. And what girl after a break up of a relationship of 6 months (6 Month Anniversary tomorrow, actually [8/28/11]) wouldn't cry? it was Right smack in the middle of a school day. I tried to stay strong, and not cry, "But we both know that I'm not that strong" (Miserable At Best by Mayday Parade). I couldn't feel my tears, too busy try to swallow that lump in my throat. Apparently, I was crying, a lot. A few people had messaged me on Facebook saying "Are you okay? I saw you crying..." either they care about me or ....... no, they don't. I didn't know half of them.
High school is hard because in a town like mine, it's hard to tell who is going to catch you when you fall and who is going to stand back and laugh at you. I knew my boyfriend cared about me, but when I was sick, he never visited, when I told him about my little brothers diagnostics of Aspergers, he just kind of sat there. When he was upset, I put my arms around him, whispering "I love you" and "Everything is going to be okay" in his ear. Rubbing his back and arms. Kissing his head. I was doing everything I could to let him know I cared about how he felt more than anything else. When he had a pulled hamstring in the middle of Winter break, I stopped over at his house just to say hello and to check up on him.
Another bad part in our relationship, sometimes, we seemed like two different souls. You see, he has anxiety, so severe that he needs medications. Which makes him nervous, moody, and over think things, which makes him stressed out and even more moody that a pregnant woman. Unlike me, on my period, I'm the depressed type, still moody, but not raging. But most of the time, I'm an easy-going lighthearted, pushover. I don't take life TOO seriously. I joke around a lot. Maybe sometimes a little too lighthearted. I'm a strong girl, but if you say the right things, I'm broken, I'm gone. He contemplates impossible scenarios about 3-5 times, and they usually don't happen. He is agnostic. Kind of believes in God, just doesn't believe the crazy stories. I'm a Methodist, a branch from Catholicism, just, not Catholic at all. And we're open minded people and I kind of feel like I'm rambling on the differences I have with my ex-boyfriend and I......
Now, I suppose I don't have to deal with that any more. He said he's fallen out of love. I suppose I got boring; and that I wasn't as special as he thought I was for so long, or that, I just wasn't special anymore. The thing is, I am still emotionally attached to him. He will always hold a piece of my memory. We talked about our break up, we agreed that we would stay good friends, and we would re-evaluate our relationship-friendship status in the summer. When not much is going on, and we will both be away for some time.
So, in conclusion (I feel like this is an English Essay) I need to find someone more like me.
