I NEED HELP!... Look when i take a snapshot, it doesn't show the shadows. I can run shadows and even do combat JUST fine on my computer.. But when i take snapshots, the shadows dissapear, as you can see in the little snapshot window... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? somebody PLEASE help me... I am running around with me shadow and its orgasmic and wonderful....
I use 818 phoenix, and have a nice graphics card i guess. I just dunno if I don't have the right settings for picture taking with shadows D:

Trümmer, Träume, Topfenstrudel
1. bis 4. Schulstufe
Vor 60 Jahren wurde im Belvedere der österreichische Staatsvertrag unterzeichnet – ein guter Grund, um sich zu erinnern. Etwa an Kinder, die während und nach dem Krieg Angst, Hunger und Kälte erleiden mussten. Wie war das Leben damals? Was sind Lebensmittelkarten? Warum mussten alle beim Wiederaufbau helfen? Wir begeben uns auf eine Reise in diese Zeit und erfahren auch, dass mit drei einfachen Worten an einem Tag im Mai 1955 vieles wieder gut, aber leider auch manches vergessen wurde. Im Workshop gestalten wir anschließend unser eigenes Staatsvertragsbild.

Österreich ist frei! Dies verkündete Leopold Figl vor 60 Jahren bei der Unterzeichnung des Staatsvertrags im Marmorsaal des Oberen Belvedere. Welche Freiheit brachte der Staatsvertrag mit sich? Welche Verpflichtungen? Und was ist eigentlich typisch österreichisch? In den 50er Jahren wird ein Selbstbild Österreichs kreiert, das aus der Realität der Trümmer und des Wiederaufbaus erwächst, aber auch manches verdrängt. Anhand von Kunstwerken betrachten wir die Auswirkungen von Nationalsozialismus und Zerstörung auf das Schicksal der Nachkriegsgesellschaft.

Warum erinnern? Warum Geschichte zurückholen, die schon längst vergangen ist? Die Antwort fällt leicht: Um sich durch Verstehen zu entwickeln und die Zukunft entsprechend zu gestalten. Der österreichische Staatsvertrag ist 60 Jahre alt und das berühmte Balkonbild eine Ikone des Neuen Österreich. Wir betrachten den Staatsvertrag in seiner historischen Bedeutung und diskutieren, welche Bedeutung das Abkommen für uns heute noch hat. Minderheitenschutz, die Opfer-Täter Problematik und Restitution sind Themen, die im dialogischen Rundgang erarbeitet werden. Auch die mediale Inszenierung der Staatsvertragsunterzeichnung, das Österreichbild und Österreichs Rolle als Brücke zwischen Ost und West werden besprochen.

so my darling kitten conks jumped up onto my computer this evening. this isn't an uncommon occurrence, but it was uncommon in the way he jumped up, knocked it onto the floor, and split the keyboard from the screen.
it folded out in the worst way. practically 180 degrees. and now my beloved computer, my constant companion, my baby...i can see forty percent of the screen. definitely a first-world problem, but it affects me deeply.
so after that, i watched the hockey game, and thank god the wings smashed the sharks (hey, fuck you, lemieux), but every seven minutes i wailed "oh god. my computer."
halp. i'm devastated.

Hauptaktuer bei dieser Partie war der Wind, besser gesagt der Sturm. Begleitet vom Tatü-Tata ständig vorbeifahrender Einsatzfahrzeuge der Wiener Neudorfer Feuerwehr konnte der SV Stegersbach die erste Halbzeit mit Windunterstützung spielen, jedoch nicht mehr als das 0:1 (Christopher Feiner, 24.) herausholen. In Halbzeit zwei wurden die Bedingungen etwas besser, trotzdem glich die Admira gleich mit dem ersten Angriff aus (Gösweiner, 46.) und konnte im Verlauf der Partie durch Pranjic (60.) und Rusek (82.) auf 3:1 erhöhen. Die Stegersbacher ließen es nicht an Kampfgeist und Einsatz fehlen, die Admira siegte jedoch aufgrund einiger herausragender Einzelspieler nicht unverdient. Auf das Retourspiel, das in 10 Tagen in Stegersbach stattfindet, darf man gespannt sein...

Often people ask if Oscar can get around in the snow. He can wheel fine when the sidewalks are clear but when the snow is deep he can play in his drag bag or ride on the sled :) Tiki has long leggies and she LOVES the snow (sometimes eats it too! :) )

the person who designed this business card obviously had a cute concept, but her execution was bad.
originally the cards were on black, and she "faded" the bride, making her a blackish blob in the corner. i asked for a reprint on white and now she's too dark.
i did give her one last chance and had her design my funeral rack cards, which turned out very nice.
but now i want a redesign of my cards and she won't reply to any emails and hasn't checked into her artfire shop in weeks.
i did design some new ones that match my new site banner, but printing costs are outrageous.
anyone have any recommendations for business card printers?
please no "vista print" or "moo." i've used both and i wasn't totally happy with either. though moo i was just kind of upset that i couldn't write on them and i don't recall ordering glossy because i do like to write on my cards.
