Vandaag had ik een rondleiding door Paleis Noordeinde. Via een aangegeven route mocht je vrij door het paleis wandelen en fotograferen (zonder flits). Ik vond het heel bijzonder.
De centrale hal met trappenhuis op de begane grond.

Wonen aan het water in het groenste gedeelte van Amsterdam!
Tot voor kort was Geuzenveld-Slotermeer Ć©Ć©n van de vele zogenaamde westelijke tuinsteden van Amsterdam. Inmiddels heet dit gebied āAmsterdam Nieuw-Westā. Een moderne, dynamische omgeving aan de rand van onze hoofdstad; een plek waar het om diverse redenen op ieder moment van de dag aantrekkelijk is.
EĆ©n van die redenen is het drie kamer appartement op nummer 887 van de burgemeester Hogguerstraat. Burgemeester? Jawel, van 1813 tot 1816, toen Amsterdam zijn huizen alleen nog op palen bouwde, zwaaide bankier Paul Iwan Hogguer er de scepter.
Het, van origine vier kamer appartement, bestaat nu uit drie ruime, lichte kamers waarvan de basis bestaat uit een mooie laminaat vloer en strak gestuukte muren. De luxe keuken is goed voorzien van (inbouw)apparatuur en doordat je de was/droogcombinatie er ook kwijt kunt, scheelt dat ruimte in de badkamer. Daar wil je tenslotte even lekker relaxen in je ligbad en niet stil staan bij de klusjes die nog op je wachtenā¦
Ontspannen doe je ook op het ruime balkon met transparante zonneschermen, dat over de hele breedte van het appartement loopt. Heerlijk gelegen op het Zuid Westen zodat je er alle seizoenen kunt genieten van het rustige en groene uitzicht op de Sloterplas. Daās lekker thuiskomen!
De ligging aan het Sloterpark biedt uiteraard ook alle gelegenheid voor actie. Een rondje om de plas is al gauw 6 kilometer en de plas zelf nodigt je uit om te kanoƫn, surfen en zeilen. Zwembad en fitnessfaciliteiten zijn vlakbij, net als een enorm gezellige tennisvereniging op 5 minuten loopafstand.
Voor je dagelijkse boodschappen kun je uitstekend in de directe omgeving terecht; het winkelaanbod is divers en op de dagelijkse markt aan Plein ā40 ā ā45 is uw euro nog steeds ietsje meer waard! Met de auto zit je binnen vijf minuten op de ringwegen A 9, A 10 en A 4, maar na 20 minuten fietsen ben je net zo makkelijk in hartje centrum.
Het appartementencomplex heeft een zeer actieve coƶperatieve Vereniging en een evenzo actieve huismeester die alles goed bijhoudt.
