You can't drink the water here so many people make and buy ice. Sometimes you see these guys driving blocks of ice (covered of course) on the streets in the dead of heat and the ice melts so fast it looks like the bags are leaking a BUNCH of water. Sometimes, wandering the city, I wish I could just lie on a block to cool down.

I am so happy to have finally gotten some pics of our boy! Last year I couldn't get a single shot of the boys who visted out yard. This guy hits the feeder every morning and afternoon for a good hour. He flits back and forth every few mins and after a little while is used to me clicking away and sits nice and still for me.

Now if it would stop raining maybe I could shoot at a lower ISO and a higher ss!!

This guy holding two pails was replicated everywhere in Hamburg, but I can't remember who he was...

Another one I shot while fooling with the camera. I have a Wii, a Xbox360 and a TV in my room. Yes, I'm a Family Guy fan. The flow of the story in any given episode is like my mind: there's an interruption for the random and back to what I was doing. Yes, I like Pucca, too! I got that at a local gift shop.

Guy came by my house for a regularly scheduled pest inspection. We quickly discovered we were from the same home town and as if that was not cool enough it turns out that forty five years ago his grand mother had been friends with me and my folks. My mom had stayed more in touch than I had but, we had all three attended his grand mother's funeral in 2010, I believe -- a huge affair. Adel had been very much loved and respected. I should add that at the funeral Guy had sung a cappella a most beautiful hymn. Sincerely, I have never heard anything quite like it. Completely unexpected!!!
