Actually Lette and I were working on a shoot...the fun silly products of which will come later, but the expression on my face was so ridiculous I had to catch it when I TPd home.
Pasha is losing a lot of his baby feathers and getting his new ones. That means a LOT of pin feathers, which make him a big Grumpy Gus :( He still loves to cuddle and snuggle though.

Just getting frustrated at my lack of technical ability. It makes me grumpy and think that I will never get any better.
One of the great/bad things about Flickr is there are always a million people better than you. This is inspirational most days, but some days makes me think I shouldn't bother anymore.
We went to the Bridgwater College fun with lambs day. Everyone refused to move to watch some lambs be born. I got in a strop because of people being idiots.
I have a lovely picture of one of a pair of new born lambs just minutes after it was born, but I'm not showing it to you because I'm still grumpy.
We had a mental fight today. I wanted him to go to toilet on his special little garden while he wanted to go anywhere but there. When we went to the store, he wanted to walk in front of me, which is forbidden because he pulls his leash like that. I stopped every time he went to far. The trip took us 45 minutes in stead of the usual 10.
Now we're both exhausted.

Update: This morning I tried a different approach. He normally goes in the morning, so this morning, we did not go off his little garden before he did his big business. Also his breakfast was inside... After almost two hours from which it rained more than one hour, he did it!!! He finally gave in, not because his intestines couldn't hold it, but because he stopped being stubborn!
Now I have to persist...

He's a banded Gila monster (Heloderma suspectum cinctum) who you've met before. He's a native of Arizona and helps me teach my university amphibian and reptile workshops. You'd be grumpy too, if somebody woke you up to show everybody your tail! That naked strip on their tails helps them hang on to branches.
I noticed this little face looking at me from a shelf the other day. It's a palm tree date that dried out in the garage. It just looks to me as if it has a 'grumpy old man' face :)
