Ex-Ministry of Defence (MOD) 0-4-0DM No.WD70043 (70031?) built 1941 named "Grumpy" at Bitton on the Avon Valley Railway. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers at the Avon Vally Railway for making it a lovely visit.

GB Railfreight Class 66, 66719 "METRO-LAND" looking a bit grumpy (and dirty) as it leads 4F62 12:58 East Midlands Gateway to Seaforth Container Terminal through the fading light at Acton Bridge.

Not sure who the street artist was who painted this grumpy chap! This area down at the River Clyde on the Southside of Glasgow has lots and lots of differing street art on display!

Well I suppose anyone would be grumpy if they had to stand knee deep in icy cold water! I am equally grumpy, as I am on 12 hour nights all weekend. Have a great one everybody, and if you're lucky enough to get out and about, happy clicking!!! :-)

It was delightful when the children were completely unself-conscious in front of the camera, but all good thing come to end.

At Grumpy's Bar on Washington. Today where was a fun day. Will finally used his Brownie Hawkeye Flash and I took out my Holga and Polaroid 195. I learned that it was too cold to use the latter outdoors.

 

These are the doors to the front entrance. The glow in the foreground is the table I was using as a tripod.

A notice in a shop window in Bangor's Stryd Fawr (High Street), Gwynedd, North Wales. The shop sells kitchenware and soft furnishings.

This grumpy wee boy was abandoned at a vet surgery, he now has a forever home with me. Its obvious he has not been handled (hence the name)friendly he is not! but we are working on it!

Thought I would share this image I took whilst shooting at a friends house today, this is a Cat of course with a fantastic example of complete heterochromia of the eyes. He also doesn't look to impressed either... :D
