Do you speak English? Take our picture!!!!! This is how I was greeted on my first day of my trip to India. To all of my loyal friends on Flickr. This image is of school children who were also visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site The Shore Monument site has the largest known reliefs in the world which carved into giant boulders on the beach. It is said that the ancient people of Cambodia saw these works and went back to Cambodia and created Angkor Wat. More pictures of the actually carvings in the rocks to follow in a few days.
A historic black-and-white wedding photo from the 1940s, taken in Orosháza, Hungary. The image features a large group of formally dressed people, including the bride in a white gown holding a bouquet, and the groom in a dark suit with polished boots. The guests wear a mix of traditional and formal attire, with some men in military uniforms and women in headscarves. The outdoor setting includes leafless trees, suggesting a late autumn or winter season. Captured by photographer Nagy Mihályné.
I heard the snowfall in the weekend has created some mess and inconvenience for many people in Greater Vancouver area.

These are the drummers of a religious group in the Santa Claus Parade.
I found them interesting and was curious about the approach this group was trying to do in the parade. Usually most parade teams have young and pretty faces. This religious group went on with more seasoned and mature not so pretty faces. And their faces are great contrast to their bright colour costume also. This may have successfully attracted some attention! :o)
