Main yarn is worsted weight, unknown brand, in wine, with stripes in Red Heart Super Saver, color soft white.
Since I am honoring Lent by giving up all meat, bread & pasta, I cooked a huge hunk of steak for dinner. It was good. We had it with biscuits.
Time to fire up the barbie and griddle some beefburgers for dinner. In this hot weather, a simple salad, a few potato wedges and a beefburger in a bun is all you need.
Some things are way too big to put in a saute' pan... Hell, this wouldn't fit in the Wok either! So, why not the Griddle/Plancha? I cooked the Breast mostly skinside down to get the skin crispy.
