Birch Filigree
~
Variations on a them in this birch tree series. While looking with the naked eye within the big picture, multiple quick isolations are taken in and registered. Even with the similarities of these images, put within the context of a frame, so many qualities emerge that asks for the scene to stand on its own.
The changing sky, the filigree of the branches, the relationship of the intersecting lines and shapes, whether the sky or the trees are the subject, all play into the visual excitement that runs through me when I get to spend even a little time to take it in. It is dizzying trying to decide which to post.
