A patch of bright sunshine on the western side of the Hudes Hope and just touching Aukside.
The sky was dark. I saw this big piece of driftwood on Iona Beach.
I suddenly felt creepy. It looks like the monster in the Korean movie "The Host" which is about a monster emerged from the polluted river.
Do you feel the same when you see this?

As we were driving along the Monaro Highway in Canberra Ian saw a plane heading towards the Airport. We pulled over when it was safe to do so. I had my camera on the ready and got a few shots from the car. It's an QANTAS B737.
As I was walking along the main street of Oberon, I saw these Ducati Motorbikes, and I couldn't resist and took two photos!
After such a hot day, a thunder storm had just started to roll in, as you can see a yellow-tail cockatoo photo bombed my shot.

Looking over to Skelton Lane, Marske near Richmond from Orgate. A very brief hole in the cloud cover produces a patch of bright sunlight in the middle distance.
I was standing outside feeding the birds and this white faced heron just showed up out of the blue. I ran inside to grab my camera and was lucky enough he/she was still there so I quickly got two photos before he/she took off. Sadly the lighting was the greatest it was cold, wet and overcast today.

I had just finished up feeding my backyard birds and I heard this sound. A few houses down from us, their were cut the tree.
I went through some old photos and found this one.
I know the quality is not the best, but I really like the small islands with the trees, the beautiful blue sky and the fluffy clouds.
I took it a few years ago, on a beautiful day, during a tour through scandinavia in Norway.
