I dropped a candle on my foot and now I have a bruise.
I have five more exams and fifteen more days until I will leave college for good.
Did you know that John Denver's Annie's Song was written on a ski lift?
A photo I shot a couple of hours earlier at the coast of Faliro, near Athens, Greece.

If you walk in this path, you will see more hills and wildflowers. This is a place in Table Mountain California.

Being held against my will by covid-19, I desperately search for subject matter.
Decided to make a stop at local beauty spot called Padley Gorge, in the Derbyshire Peak District as i'd not been there for a long old time.
Always a great spot to visit with the camera at any time of year as the moss really jumps out with its vibrant greens.
A little green bit seen at London's Science Museum.

My best wishes to all flickr members for2025 for and thanks for sharing their beautiful photos especially to my flickr friends for their friendship, comments and favours. My special thoughts to those experiencing major troubles or sorrows. I'm in a lot of pain at the moment so am taking things fairly slowly. Preparing this photo was rather an effort!
This starkly plain window is in the little Saxon church on the estate at Hinton Ampner in Hampshire. I liked the Christmas greenery. This window is in great contrast to the two stained glass windows installed in the church over the altar in the 1970s.

One of the beaches we visited on the Pacific side of Olympic National Park is Ruby Beach. This was a beautiful beach with a ton of driftwood, cool rock formations, beautiful greenery, crashing waves and way too many people for my taste. I managed to get some photos without any people in them somehow. I spent a lot of time experimenting with different types of shots and subjects near and far at this location. I am going to post a few photos of this location and then a few more tomorrow. When we first arrived it was pretty overcast but the sun did come out for some of the time which really helped liven up the landscapes.
At last....I've escaped with my camera.I know,i know its St.Marys again but it was cloudy, looking like rain and i wanted to go somewhere close incase the evening was a wash out.As it happens i never saw a drop, typical :)
Anyhow, with all the good skies inland,i ventured around the back of the island and decided to shoot various rockpools, seaweed and the likes, though i have to say,the lighthouse does feature in just about all of them.I even had a try with the 10 stopper, which i will post later.
