One of my very best photographs, taken with a Canon EOS 550D at 400mm focal length :)

Many thanks for all comments, faves, group invites and awards

Scott is on a yoghurt kick lately and that means Fyero is constantly on alert; waiting, watching, ready to pounce.

How dare he think it's acceptable to open a yoghurt container and not offer her any immediately.

Worry not; she's quick to correct him and remind him just who runs this place.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Notice how he is making biscuits on my leg and has a nice smile on his face!

Sock does not respect the rule of thirds when it comes to composition.

It seems he believes in standing as close to center stage and he can get and ensuring that all the beautiful afternoon light is on him.

Drama dog.

Nah, really he was trying to figure out where the reflection from Scott's phone had gotten to. If you're keen, you'll notice, all three of these guys are facing the wrong way.

The light is on the wall under the light switches.

Good thing they're all so pretty. ;)

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Fyero watching the squirrel's as they took advantage of a freshly filled feeder yesterday afternoon.

I had the camera out for an entirely different reason, but the way the light was catching her made it irresistible and I had to snap this.

Plus, Caturday... so it only made sense.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

I found Neutrino sitting this way, late at night, with the ping pong ball in front of him for several minutes. I guess he was contemplating the universe again. I'm not sure how the ball got there.

Chloe is one of the prettiest cats I've ever watched. She is called a Chartreuse. She is very friendly and vocal not to mention a great model. I feel like I'm actually having a conversation with her. I always look forward to when she is on my schedule.

I ended up getting home late last night and didn't snap too many photos with my camera during the day, however I did manage this cute cell phone shot of Fyero while we drove home from Orleans last night and figured why not; I think it's sweet so why not share it?

She was so good in the car yesterday and spent the majority of the drive looking out the windows instead of hiding; I guess after 11 years, she's getting used to car rides!

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Two years ago today our buddy Pharaoh went to the Rainbow Bridge. He is missed so much by us, Phoenix & Tony.

It's family day in Ontario (Ottawa? Is it a provincial holiday or just municipal?) anyway, since I didn't find anything of interest in the overcrowded downtown area while at work today I decided we shoot try for a family photo when I came home.

The light was terrible so I had to bust out my flash and after arguing with that for a while and calling in an assist from Scott, we got to shooting.

It went as well as expected and I couldn't choose just one from the set; so here's a collection of the chaos that ensued.

Didn't quite get that perfect shot; but these are all winners in their own way.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Still feeling neglected, so he starts to rabbit kick this new fabric!

Something has got his attention.

I have admired this beautiful piece of history for decades. But the roof is caving in causing the south wall to bow. They tried to stop the inevitable by placing 3 poles on the side wall but the roof continues to sink.

As I snapped this shot I noticed a gray cat walked into the scene. Poor kitty will have to find a new home in time.

Tashi Lhunpo, the seat of the Panchen Lamas, was founded in 1447 by the First Dalai Lama, Gendun Drub, on the slopes of Dolma ri. The original building (the assembly hall known as Kelzang Lhakang ) was built above a sacred sky-bural site, the stone slab of which is still to be seen on the floor within. www.footprinttravelguides.com/c/2848/tibet/&Action=pr...

She is a wonderful buddy to have. Motley was named after her father, not after looks.

Sophie is my 3-year old Shelter cat that I adopted in September and have had nothing but fun with her. I believe she is part Chartreux breed. She and I are wishing everyone a great Christmas and Holiday Time! (For short blog post see www.digitalladysyd.com/?p=6764 )

Then Grayson the gray cat arrived.

Jane came into my room and said, "David, Mercy must've got outside. There's a cat meowing outside your window."

Nope, Mercy was sitting on her bed, just as she usually did.

Turns out there was a gray cat clinging to the side of of the house. Jane brought it in. No tags, so Jane adopted him.

Fyero keeping watch to make sure that dreaded doggo doesn't get to her.

She was on high alert as Sock got a quick bath after getting super dirty on his afternoon walk, she didn't want to get in the way of his 'shake'.

You'll all be happy to know that she managed to stay clear of the dog spray and stayed dry.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Giorgi kneading her favorite pillow.

You know, I could probably do a 52 project with absolute ease with a napping theme, what with all the naps these three take.... though to be fair, Scott hasn't been feeling well the past couple of days so it was only right that he took a nap.

The animals however, well, they're just lazy.

Hope everyone has had a great Saturday.
