I think this is the first time at Mentor Graphics that I got to see (or hear, it was a loud "rattle") a Belted Kingfisher. Certainly my first shot at taking a photo of one there.
It was moving around quickly and generally not in good photo range, so I made this mosaic of one perching quiet place as a keepsake. It was quite active; dove into the water (don't know if it caught anything) and went up into various trees.
Don't know what the entrance is for because I stopped playing here but it is definitely impressive!
Multiple low fov shots stitched together for some high resolution Uncharted goodness.

Graphics from a 1971 Clover Market ad, part of the Clover Discount Store but operated by Giant Foods of Carlisle PA.
Examples of television weather report graphics from the 1980s, when computer generated graphics were beginning to come into use.
These are from after Press Broadcasting purchased WRBV-TV in Vineland NJ in 1985. They had AccuWeather reports every hour on the half-hour with their 'Good as Gold' program format. The AccuWeather meteorologist's report was recorded over the telephone and played back with these slides.
Beautiful pre Photoshop graphics. Read these at school 50 years ago. Absolutely packed with information and fantastic hand drawn graphics. Works of art in themselves. I picked up all 12 volumes of 12 magazines for £10.00 on eBay year or so ago. All in mint condition.
An ancient Celtic symbol, the triquetra is considered one of the oldest; dating back to as early as 500 BC when it was used to symbolize the triple goddess (maiden-mother-crone).
The triquetra is also considered to represent the triplicities of mind, body, and soul, as well as the three domains of earth according to Celtic mythology- earth, sea, and sky.

Shooting a graphics card. One flash, card on brown-colored acrylic glass, underneath the glass: dark cloth (black velvet).
That's it. Btw.: Yes, I was too lazy to clone out the spacer ...
5-min-Photoshop fix: darkening the background (paint black color all around the card and the reflection), sharpening.
