i want see what i could do with gmic starting from a little render of a simple gradient
and i got almost lost i could do much more then i hoped and i love some of them almost as selfstanding images
There were both white and mauve forms of the Asthma Bush (Olearia phlogopappa) in the area, with some plants seeming to contain flowers in a colour gradient between both. [Kanangra-Boyd National Park, NSW]
FLUFFfibers BFL in the Sticks and Stones colorway, spun into two gradient skeins, Sticks (brown, 115 yards pre-wash) and Stones (charcoal, 137 yards pre-wash).
I separated the colors and hand-carded them into rolags to get the gradient. They are semi-worsted or semi-woolen (I spun from rolags but spun in my usual short backward draw style).
This was the origional - looks nicer now, i thnk :S?
