We started at the bottom point and hiked on up towards the top. About 10 Km elapsed distance and 400 M elevation gain.

My past week has been filled with freelance. Messy desks and map deciphering for reference imagery are some of the elements that make up my day.
Summertime is like this for me. I lose the structure of a teaching schedule and my hours and days mush into each other. The calendar date pages are whipping off the wall in fast motion.

I captured this while stuck at my office during the huge storm that hit New England on 2007/12/13. This depicts the evening commute (around 6:30pm).

Google Maps now includes Air Traffic routes!!
Ok.. not really. But while playing with Poynt's mapping to Google Maps on my Blackberry, I searched for local pizza places in my area. The resulting mapped image included this airplane flying through the area as Google was collecting map images. What are the odds? Cool!
Google Maps is slowiy covering the Earth. Most of Europe is still "in the dark," but London has been added. Tokyo and a bunch of other cities work, too. Awesome
Ignore what that says about the Clyde Building. Unless they changed things recently, what you are looking at is the service dock area and back entrance to the John A. Widtsoe Science Building. This is my favouritest building on BYU campus. (I know you are astounded by the possibility of me feeling anything fondly for YBU but the truth is I spent a lot of time on campus as a wee child, playing tag, and running amok.) There are fish tanks in the two bottom floors, embedded in the walls, and lots of open doors leading to skeletal animals and pickled fetuses. It is FULL OF SCIENCE!
