This is a kind of a signature shot for the place, and I did not get it the last time. So made it a point to reach the spot well before time (it can get pretty crowded) and got this shot.

I was hoping to take a lovely sunset shot on the last day of the year but sadly most unlikely as we have yet more rain! This shot was taken at my happy place Rhossili Beach back in July. I have posted a few taken on the same day before but this is a new upload. Happy New Year to all and may 2023 being peace to us all. Many thanks to all my Flickr friends - your support and friendship means so much!

A warm goodbye to beloved people who are no longer with us.
I had to say goodbye to someone recently, and I had a look through old photo albums, so I'm a little nostalgic ...
My love for 12 years passed away this night
at kidney and liver insufficiency after bladder obstruction.
He was a fighter but has lost his battle....
He will always be missed, my dearest friend.
Only sweet memories left in my heart!
Now he has passed the rainbow bridge on August 5, 2021

Dear Designers, Friends & Family,
unfortunatly I have to go back to hospital.. and I won't be able to blog for 6-8 weeks. But I'd love to continue working with all of you once I am back..
A year when family, friends and health have never seemed more precious, and I've felt closer than ever to those I'd normally see often, even while we've been kept apart.
A year to say a huge thank you to all those in our NHS and other frontline workers who continue to put themselves at risk to keep us safe.
A year to be thankful for work which has brought joy, energy and the companionship of colleagues as well as many new challenges and worries.
A year to feel ever more grateful for the nature that is close to home, and the opportunity to be immersed in it.
A year to say a huge thank you to my friends here on Flickr who have shown so much kindness and generosity, though I have spent much less time here than I would like.
Here's to wishing 2021 brings hope, health, stability and peace to many more people worldwide, and the opportunity to be closer to those they love.
