My wish came true! During a boat trip to see Seabirds, Dolphins and Whales from Helgren's Sportfishing, Oceanside, California, sponsored by the Buena Vista Audubon Society, we had seen gray whales in the distance several times and I was so hoping we'd get to see some closer, and we did. Several of them surfaced quite near us and I was able to get some shots as they slowly rose in and out of the water just ahead of us. What a thrill!! (10-01-30-3405)

Eilidh spotted this on the way to school. The pipe had water in it that wasn't frozen. (I had a wet finger to prove it!) We thought it was weird.

A massive congratulations goes out to all of our students involved in the 2016 Festival of Sport! What an amazing event! Russ Martin and Emma Pendle from the PE team coordinated a fantastic day involving all studios and all children and young people from across the entire school, spread across two different sites including our school and Brickfields. The day was held together and events monitored by a wonderful group of Phase Three sports leaders who lead events and supported younger students!
A special thanks to Plymouth College of Art students union who donated and prepared fresh fruit snacks for our athletes!!
