Vegan tomato sauce pasta makes an ideal workday supper. Although the sauce needs a little time to cook down, it requires hardly any work at all.
dairy/grain/sugar/gluten free crust filled with apples & cinnamon. it was pretty good. i'm more of a brownie girl myself (so i made those first).
GF donuts, a chocolate cake pop and some lemon bar thing. I could also have nuts, cheese and drinks (both alcoholic and non). Later there were Mickey ice cream bars. The staff was happy to bring me more and even wanted me to take some with if i wished. It was amazing!

Best pancake ever.
Recipe: 2 or 3 very ripe bananas,mashed. 1 or 2 eggs. Beat together until frothy. Pour into buttered pan, drop in a few blueberries. Cook slowly, covered for about 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for 2 or 3 minutes uncovered. Serve with chopped fruit and yoghurt or whatever.
I had to roll and re-roll and play and work some more.
I didn't know what I was doing, at all, when I started. Now, I have a pretty good idea.

you can start the parade now, apparently i'm in the 'honeymoon' period of this pregnancy so I don't expect it to last....
grape tomatoes + basil pesto + tasy cheese + gf bread (note the crust on the bread still, for the first 3 months i couldn't stand crust so i used to cut it off lol)
p.s. it's a little yellow in this shot cause my color balance tool bar is missing in PS :( if you have it, i'd like it back pls.
Super daaaank gluten-free (homemade crust!) pizza from Amici's in Birmingham, MI. This one had portobello mushrooms, roasted garlic, and bacon. Mwahahaha.
