gitme demek çok zor ,inan
kendini yenmeli insan
arkamızda hep
yarım şarkılar bıraktık
git
ardına bakma
gözyaşlarımı silerim sonra
ben hep
yalnız yürüdüm
karanlıkta bu sokakta
sonrası yok
ben bilirim
aşklar bir kere biter
arkamızda hep
yarım şarkılar bıraktık
A horrible pic, but its the only one I've got - 4201 and GM3 at Delec.
Both are similar locally built EMD 16-567-powered locos derived from the F9. These were built for the NSW State Railway and for the interstate 'Commonwealth Railways' respectively in the first half of the 1950s.

In a farmer's field. In wet shoes.
ATV comes across field. That's always bad news. Farmer guy pulls up and turns off the engine.
I say, 'Sorry just taking a picture in your field. Sunrise."
He says, 'This isn't a field it's a future Canadian Tire. And you're trespassing. Git.'
I say, "Think of me as your first customer..."
He says, 'Git'.
And I git.

Near the end of the day, a manifest with 6 locos up front descends from Sandcut to Bena - the only short stretch of downhill relief the train will enjoy in a few hours of solid climbing between Bakersfield and the Pass summit, which is just east of the town of Tehachapi.
A shout out to Steve, Otto and co at "Railfan and Railroad" for their magazine which provided the slight vignetting here - I had it draped over my lens as a makeshift lens shade. (I re-edited that after mis-typing "makeshift", leaving out the "f"... which actually sums up my photography perfectly.)
