My girlfriends since college, now all mom's, and lucky to have a weekend getaway of good food, good wine, and good laughter. True friendship.
So me and my lady took a trip to blowing rock because I had never been in the 20 years that I have lived in NC. That being my entire life. Anyways, we went to The Blowing Rock and took in the amazing view. I hopped the fence, not exactly being the one who wants to be held back by things, and made it out to a cliff with a better view. It took a second, but after some coaxing I got Emily to come out as well. We then went to the small shops in Downtown Blowing Rock and dipped in and out of each one until we could take it no longer. Little nic naks dont exactly excite either of us. So we made our way to the outlet stores where I bought a few shirts at PacSun and Emily purchased the dopest Pea Coat for me for my birthday. Im totally siked on winter now. Drove back downtown and ate a delicious veggie pizza at Mellow Mushroom. A perfect way to end our little trip. We departed Blowing Rock NC and all in all, It was a great trip...except for the speeding ticket on got on the way up. Hahaha, but thats a different story :p

I love catching sweet moments like this, and sometimes I don't think the people I'm photographing know what they're doing..its just a natural way of showing affection.
This is my brother and his girlfriend, on her first trip to Maine to meet the family. I love them together!
